Read moreI was not happy as I was served undercooked egg. I showed it to our server who said ‘as you can see we are very busy right now so sometimes the eggs come out raw or overcooked, most of the time overcooked’. - what kind of comment is that?! As a customer who is paying for food to be served COOKED this comment was absurd. The server did not offer to replace the egg with a properly cooked one which I would have been happy with.
This young male waiters attitude was horrendous as I went to the cashier to pay and asked for SOME money to be taken off the bill as me and my partner were unable to eat our undercooked eggs, he said ‘well you’ve eaten over half of it so why should I refund it’ - I didn’t ask for a refund in the first place. The food on the plate that was left in the pictures is what I took up the the cashier as I could not eat the rest and picked around the raw parts as much as I could. I asked for a fair small discount to be applied as the eggs were inedible and not offered to be replaced.

This is the WORST coffee shop I've ever been to, don't even bother with...
