I was not happy as I was served undercooked egg. I showed it to our server who said ‘as you can see we are very busy right now so sometimes the eggs come out raw or overcooked, most of the time overcooked’. - what kind of comment is that?! As a customer who is paying for food to be served COOKED this comment was absurd. The server did not offer to replace the egg with a properly cooked one which I would have been happy with.

This young male waiters attitude was horrendous as I went to the cashier to pay and asked for SOME money to be taken off the bill as me and my partner were unable to eat our undercooked eggs, he said ‘well you’ve eaten over half of it so why should I refund it’ - I didn’t ask for a refund in the first place. The food on the plate that was left in the pictures is what I took up the the cashier as I could not eat the rest and picked around the raw parts as much as I could. I asked for a fair small discount to be applied as the eggs were inedible and not offered to be replaced.

worst service ever. There was a gentleman who was working there wearing a suit who was very rude to me and my husband. We sat down near to the tills where i could make multiple eye contact with him. He kept on looking at me while my husband gave him his back. We ordered a tea pot and shared it, the gentleman walked around the shop asking if anyone needed anything and purposely skipped us. 30 min later we decided to leave when we paid my husband went to the toilet quickly. i sat in the same place see and hearing a conversation with the gentleman complaining to the lady whom survived us, telling her off because she didn't over charge us for the pot of tea. after shouting at her in front of me, she explained to him that we are regular customers and it wont be fair.
