I had an amazing experience at Fire & Ice Bar Shisha and Restaurant! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The decor is modern and stylish, creating a perfect ambiance for a night out with friends or a relaxed evening.

The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes, blending flavors from different cuisines to create a unique dining experience. Everything I tried was delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The drinks menu is equally impressive, featuring a great selection of cocktails, wines, and spirits.

One of the highlights was the shisha experience. The staff were knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect flavor combination. The shisha itself was smooth and enjoyable, adding a fun and relaxing element to our evening.

The service was top-notch. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our visit.

This was my second time to Fire and Ice. My first experience was not a good one, but as it was a close friends birthday party, i wanted to be there for her special night. I found the service to be very slow and the food/ drinks, very expensive (Central London prices). The quality of the food was below par. Starters were basic and very small for sharing. My main dish (cordon bleu), consisted of two pieces of overcooked, rubbery tough chicken wrapped in ham and cheese...far from being true to its name. It also stated that it came with a side salad....ermm 🙄 it was more like a few sprigs of leaves and 2 cherry tomatoes at a price of £18...very deceitful!. The music at the venue was too loud to have a proper conversation, we were constantly having to shout to be heard. Management needs to have the music on low from 7pm-9pm whilst dining and then turned up after 9pm when people are on the dancefloor. Overall i ended up paying over £60 for minute starter portions, chewy overcooked dry chicken with a few sprigs of garnish and 3 cocktails. We hosted my wife’s 50th birthday party at Fire & Ice and everyone from the chef to the bar staff, to the DJ, to the photographer and last but not least to Joseph, could not have done anymore to make the night a memorable, amazing and not to be forgotten one. From the first viewing to the actual night, they literally could not have done any more. Any requests we had were greeted with “no problem, whatever you need or want, we’ll make it happen…” and they did. Every one of our 60+ guests left with only good things to say about Fire & Ice (and that’s a first as you always get that one person who is never satisfied but they managed it!!).

Fire & Ice would not look out of place in Mayfair as no expense has been spared and we are so fortunate to have a bar/venue like this on our doorstep here in Hatch End. If you are thinking of hosting an event, this should be your first point of call. We will definitely be hosting all our celebrations there from now on.
