I recently had the pleasure of visiting ballucci, where I was warmly welcomed by two exceptional staff members, Meena and Priya. Their service was truly outstanding and made my visit memorable.

Meena greeted me with a friendly demeanor that instantly made me feel at home. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she offered thoughtful recommendations based on my preferences. Her attention to detail and her ability to anticipate my needs without being intrusive were remarkable. Meena's passion for her work shone through in every interaction, making the dining experience delightful.

The place is situated very close to Hounslow east bus station, if you are waiting for the bus might just pop-in for a sip. The ambience looks appealing and many sounds of people talking comes from all directions.

There is a lounge area for someone or group to sit and sip on coffee or beer to chill out in summer.

Here is my pro and cons

Pros: It’s got this chill vibe that’s perfect for kicking back solo or with your special someone for a bit.

You can zone out with a view, a hot coffee, and a giant croissant in hand – it’s pretty sweet.

The coffee’s solid, and the designs they whip up on top? Definitely Insta-worthy.

The crew here is super cool. Saw them refund a customer on the spot when they weren’t digging their meal.

The place has style, lots of room to spread out, and your order’s up before you know it.

Fancy cutlery and the way they serve up your food? Looks as good as it tastes. My other half wasn’t too keen because of the downsides, but I’m all for giving it another shot.

Cons: Could use some signs or something to figure out where to queue up.

More variety in the lighter eats and fresher pastries would be a big plus.

The cappuccinos could pack more punch, even with a double shot, they’re a bit on the milky side.

The stroller situation can get kinda hectic, maybe switching up the layout would help.

This spot has potential to be a real favorite – just needs a few tweaks...

Visited this cafe, a total of 5 times, at first I liked the location, the atmosphere inside, the cleanliness, but the last 2 times I was disappointed with the service, especially the last time. I ordered a cappuccino and a smoothie, yes consumption in, the cappuccino was brought to me with a wooden stirrer , at which the girl asked me if I wanted the smoothie to bring it to me after 10 minutes, at which I was surprised, because I had placed the order for the moment, I also asked for a normal spoon. I had to ask a second time for a spoon, the smoothie was brought to me with 2 whole frozen strawberries, for which I returned it, then they brought it again, but diluted with a lot of water. My friend came after about 20 minutes and ordered a latte, it was served without a small saucer and without a spoon, for which I returned 4 times to ask the service staff if it is not right to have a spoon and how we are going to add sugar and stir. I don't know if I would visit this place again, but the staff is untrained and panics only when there are...
