Update: I realised I should have updated this review. My first review still stands and it was based on my first time eating there. I must point out though that since then when I had ordered take away the food portions were massively reduced so you get the impression that the owner is wanting to maximise profits and give you much less.

Today I went into Yalla Beirut. Excellent customer service from the start. When I ordered my food and drink (I ordered fresh mint tea), the waitress asked when I'd like my tea; at the start, during the meal or after the meal. Nice touch! Meant I didn't have to finish my drink whilst I was waiting for food as I asked for the drink to come at the same time as food. The waitress also refilled the freshly made chilli sauce when she saw I finished it, and also replenished tissues when I had nearly gone through all of mine. Very attentive and excellent customer service. And the food is amazing, excellent value for money and top notch. This place does not deserve any star rating, please do not buy from their ! The food took forever to get delivered, when it arrived the meat was not cooked properly, the pizza was in a mess in the box, absolutely poor quality of food. Not worthy of spending money at that place. Placed my order on JustEat, it took forever to receive my order, Ryke the guy at the restaurant kept stalling me and lying to me about the time of arrival of my food. The food arrived super late and was stone cold !!! The time of arrival went from 3pm, 3:05pm, 3:25pm to 3:45pm and lastly 4:00pm. At that point I did not want the order I was disappointed, I asked for a refund but got rejected as well. So please do not waste time and buy Manakesh from here, there are nicer places that make nicer manakesh...

I consider myself a massive foodie, im always searching for new places, finally I've found yalla Beirut!!. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and very hospitable. The food is incredible, unlike most place's where you can just about make out a few flavours in your food, here! You can taste everything individually, they put alot of effort into their menu and the food they produce and it is very reasonable priced. Ive introduced all of my friends and family to this restaurant and will continue to eat here! I highly recommend all the kebabs here, especially the shwarmas, the meat is beautiful. The burgers are very tasty too, one of my favourites!
