BB & Friends — Restaurant in London

I've been to BB & Friends a lot of times and I've alway received the best service. The staff are lovely and always extremely welcoming. We went there today (New Years Day) and had a lovely slap up breakfast. However, I've had to write this review because although the staff were incredibly busy (no other restaurants were open), they dealt with the unexpected rush as best as they could - but also a very rude customer. This man was so entitled - shouting at the staff in front of everyone, displeased that he had to wait for his food. Our whole table found his behaviour disgusting - but the staff held their composure with dignity. Make this your go to place in Forest Hill....London....se23...... I have been eating this young man's food from the day he opened this cafe..about 7 years back......he is a lovely freindly owner, has persevered and grown his small freindly restaurant in Forest Hill....the food is excellent quality, cooked to order.. I used to his first customer most mornings. I would phone through my order and then collect a few minutes later as I passed in my van....his coffee had just passed through a filter paper and was better than the regular high street names....I can highly recommend a visit whether it be for a coffee , meal or some of the home made specials of the day....don't think twice or try the rest ..eat at Forest Hill's...

Just seen the latest review. Recently visited a friend who lives nearby, couldn’t believe the trash behind this cafe, which I have eaten in before. I felt sick that this amount of rubbish was piled high with bins overflowing with discarded food. Doesn’t take a genius to figure out a vermin problem here. No intentions of ever visiting my friend again, much less eating in this cafe. If the cafe no their bins don’t lock and rubbish is being dumped by others, then take pictures and continuously complain to the council and environmental health. Don’t put it on the residents to do the job you should be doing. Big bags of food are coming from your cafe. ...
