We had a superb experience eating here on the first bank holiday of May 2023. I was there as part of a party of five that included a young child. The food was delicious and reasonably priced and the service was excellent. The owner of this small restaurant brought our food to the table and engaged us with conversation. I would recommend the chef's special, a dish in which lamb is brought to the table on sizzling skillet. We also had chicken korma, a fish curry, and lamb bhuna. I wish this restaurant, which recently opened, the best of luck. My understanding is that the entrepreneur who owns this place previously had a larger restaurant that didn't survive the first lockdown of the pandemic. Looking for a decent Japanese restaurant and thanks to Google reviews we found this small restaurant in Forest Hill. Inside we found a small room made characteristic by some flags decorated with handwritten essays and some paintings. The rooms were reasonably clean, even the bathroom was clean but not in an excellent way. We looked at the menu and found a decent choice of dishes to try, we took a lot of stuff. The food arrived quite quickly and was well executed, the boats were very characteristic, the quality of the products was good but there was nothing characteristic or personalized.
