I recently visited Be At One Bar, and I must say, the experience was elevated by the exceptional service provided by Chanel and Malaki. From the moment we arrived, their energy and professionalism stood out. They greeted us warmly, made us feel right at home, and their attentiveness throughout the evening was second to none.

Be at one is one of my go to for cocktails, never usually had a problem whether this is Soho, Clapham or any other venue . However came here for a birthday celebration which wasn’t the best it could be. Drinks we as usual, no complaint. The security guard on the night 27/12/22, had come over to complain about my friends clothing. She was dressed in a corset and jeans and, despite already being in the building for 2 hours dressed exactly the same, the security guard approach our group and told her to cover herself up. I felt this was slightly out of line, depends entirely on the dress code which isn’t stated only from what I can see, so I asked is there any reason in particular for this comment. He let me know that the apparent reason is that he is only the messenger from management and they felt like she was too revealing and drawing too much attention. Personally we hadn’t noticed any stares as we were in the corner and we’re still quite sober. After the situation my friend felt very uncomfortable and that she had to leave and the experience in the bar was unfortunately ruined. Amazing cocktails and staff.

After a disappointing experience at the Rum kitchen in Brixton, we were deflated and nearly went home when we stumbled upon Be At One. The doorman was friendly and said he would get the manager to see if they could accommodate us. The manager came out and said he had a table finishing up and if we could patiently wait for 10 mins outside he would get everything cleaned up for us. He was nice and friendly, made us feel welcome and got us seated quickly. He even moved us to a more comfortable area when it became available. The barman/mixologist made lovely cocktails and when one wasn’t to our taste he made us another. We had lots of drinks and they were fantastic.
