This is at best one of the most average Be at One's I have visited. We arrived when the doors opened at 3 and asked the guy who was unlocking the doors if we could come in, he completely ignored us so we just walked in anyway. As we walked in the bar staff just stared at us, no greeting or anything. So we went to the bar and said we have a booking. We had a booking for a table of 3 for 3-7. They had put us on a table of 2 between 3-5 even though we had paid a deposit of £25 to secure our table. When we tried to complain they said "Well you'll just have to share with the next booking" and refused to look at our booking confirmation email which stated we had a longer reservation. Eventually after complaining for about 10 minutes they moved us to another table, which was free until 9pm anyway, I have no idea why they didn't do this in the first place.
After this things improved a bit, though whenever we went up to the bar they would just stare at us, making us speak first. No acknowledgement, greeting or smile. Just deadpan stare and "What do you want then?" in way of a greeting after I or one of the other would say hi.
The drinks were great as they always are in any Be at One. And after about two hours there weren't any more problems, but it did leave a bit of a sour taste.
If you want to sit at this bar YOU HAVE TO BOOK A TABLE. They have pretty much 0 in the way of seating other than the booths and a probably less than 10 stalls in the entire bar, all of which are booked out on a Saturday night.
I've been to this Be at One before and didn't have any issues, but I won't be going back here and would much prefer to go up to road to Greek Street instead as the bar is 4x the size and all the staff are...

I honestly don’t even have the words to do justice to the absolutely phenomenal experience created by Jamie and Max – but I’m going to try! From the moment we walked into Be At One Soho, it was clear we were in the hands of exceptional people. Jamie, the Bat Manager, is nothing short of a superstar – radiating passion, knowledge, and the kind of warm leadership that immediately puts everyone at ease. And Max, the Bat Supervisor, is the perfect counterpart – calm, charismatic, and utterly dedicated to making sure every detail is perfect.
Together, they orchestrated one of the most magical and memorable nights I’ve ever had. Their synergy is incredible – like a dynamic duo of care and charisma. You can tell they live and breathe hospitality, and their love for Be At One, their team, and their guests shines through in every single moment.
Jamie brings this beautiful energy that makes you feel inspired, welcomed, and truly part of something special. Their ability to blend fun with effortless hosting had us hanging onto every moment. And Max has this quiet, steady brilliance – always one step ahead, anticipating needs before they’re even spoken, with a genuine kindness that makes everyone feel seen and appreciated.
It wasn’t just a night out – it was a whole experience. A story. A memory we’ll treasure forever. And that’s entirely down to the heart, soul, and sheer excellence that Jamie and Max poured into it.
If I could give more than five stars, I would. They deserve the...
