Bella Napoli Pizzeria - Welling — Restaurant in London

Went here on Sunday evening after being out all afternoon and decided to treat our 5 year old son to a pizza, Firstly cans of drink at £2.50 each and nothing for children apart from fresh orange juice or fizzy drinks. Then the server didn’t understand what we wanted to order, The people cooking the food with an AirPod in his ear and nobody wearing hair nets so wouldn’t be surprised if someone has hair in their food Asked for a kids pizza and it came out the same size as the adults and still charged for an adult price Tv in corner was playing with women dancing around in thongs and underwear Not really something to be shown on a Sunday evening When I went to pay, there was service charge on the bill and they was being quite stubborn in removing this Restaurant was completely empty

If you think an authentic Italian pizza restaurant should be in welling high street then at least make it feel like you’re in Italy instead of over priced...

I decided to treat mfself after a long day at work and decided to order from here because I know the food is nice. I placed my order at 7:30 and I was told there was a 45 min - 1 hour wait which I was fine with, after an hour I called to see where my order was and I was told 15 minutes after another hour I still haven’t got my food but I hear a car pull up so I look out the window and it’s just a car parked there so I assumed it wasn’t them and once the car left I called again and the person said to me ‘we did tell you there was a two hour wait’ which wasn’t true. Once my food finally arrived they didn’t have correct change and it turns out it was the exact same car that pulled up outside sat there for 10 minutes...

We have eaten here many times but it seems nothing has changed from one review spotted. I had the meat lasagne, my husband had a pizza which was fine. Mine however was lacking in mince beef, in fact there was none just sauce and cheesy pasta. The waiter came over and said maybe it is under another layer of pasta so we had a search and nope none in sight. He then asked if I would like anything else, I ended up with a pizza. He said they would change the suppliers but it looks from the review that has been written before meat is lacking in these dishes and they was written a long while ago. So nothing has changed.
