Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct by Staff

Dear KFC ,

I am writing to formally express my concerns about a recent experience with one of your staff members who identified herself as a manager. This individual’s conduct was not only unprofessional but also displayed a level of disrespect toward delivery personnel that I believe could impact the restaurant’s reputation and customer service quality.

During my visit on [29th of October], I observed this staff member engaging with delivery drivers in a discourteous and dismissive manner. Rather than providing guidance or assistance, he was abrasive and unwelcoming, going so far as to tell drivers not to come to the restaurant to pick up orders. He insisted that, while he was present, he would not allow deliveries to be picked up, thereby obstructing the flow of service and potentially delaying orders to customers.

This attitude toward the delivery staff reflects poorly on the restaurant and detracts from the respectful, professional atmosphere that customers and partners expect from a reputable establishment. Additionally, as a regular patron, I am disappointed to see behavior that can disrupt the relationship between the restaurant and its essential delivery services.

I respectfully request that this incident be reviewed and that appropriate measures be taken to address this behavior. Consistent, courteous customer and partner interactions are crucial, and I hope to see improved conduct in the future.

I use this place often as a takeout the service is normal quite good but they do forget things sometimes which is very annoying after you get home and sat down. Parking can be a nightmare sometimes. Update 22/3/19 last week they forgot to put 2 portions of chips in we only had 3 meals can't be that hard to get right this week had legs of chicken in a meal when I specifically said NO legs about 3 or 4 times I think part of the problem must be they all speak a different language to each other or just can't be bothered. Also the chips are disgusting now they have changed. Updated. Ordered 4 meals and only got 3 portions of chips how hard can it be to count to 4. Update 29 September 2024 Just had a delivery not much has changed forget a portion of chips and should have had a free portion of popcorn chicken. 3 Nov 2024 Just had another delivery and they forgot an 8 piece boneless box we only ordered 2 meals and they forgot to put one in, so can't even count to 2 now, this is an all time low...

Older kfc welling yesterday through just eat the 6piece boneless family feast when the driver come to my house, he asked the code. And when I give him the code I had no drink, I asked about the drink and he said, the people at kc said, no drink or not. Order I've tried to go through just eat. They won't do nothing about it. I Ve tried calling KFC welling. They don't answer their phones. So what's the point of having? One wouldn't order through just eat. Or KFC welling because they don't care about their customers. In the result of this, our food went cold. Cause I kept trying to get through to KFC. Welling thank you NOT just eats refusing to give me a refund cause. I give the driver the code but I don't know if the driver had to drink on his bike. He wouldn't let me see. Can I have video footage? Next time in future, i'm not giving them the code until i've seen all the food is there the second time missing food from kfc welling...
