Amazing food, each dish is masterfully prepared and the quality and quantities are immaculate! Staff are great, and, can’t wait to return in summer when their garden will be open! Starters: We (shared) the King Prawn and Calamari for starters and were particularly impressed with the king prawns on croutons with sauce and dressing around the dish so as not to overwhelm it. In other words, ‘the sauce is there if you need it’. Mains: Calzone and Seafood Risotto - both members of the clean plate club! Dessert: Full, we resigned ourselves to share the Sticky Toffee pudding (with cream) which was perfect! Not too sweet, not showing signs of intense refrigeration, but fresh, warm and just sumptuous. This is a (mainly Italian, but with some other Northern Mediterranean, i. e Spanish dishes) neighbourhood restaurant. Good but select range of pasta, pizza and risotto dishes as well as 'proper' Italian main dishes. Slightly old fashioned, but none the worse for that, everything is cooked as you would want it.
