What an utterly awful experience.
Hoping to get a nice brunch the four of us strolled in on a sunny Saturday, to not even a simple smile or hello. One could say perhaps they were busy, unfortunately this was not the case. We found a seating area and waited patiently for a menu or at the very least a greeting. After a while we got up and went to retrieve our own menus, at this point we still had not been greeted, other given odd looks by two girls behind the counter. This and the lack of common courtesy created such a frosty atmosphere in what masquerades as a sweet and cosy cafe. As a result of this we became so uncomfortable we decided the best thing to do was simply leave. However ironically this was the first time we were actually given the courtesy of being spoken to, one of the girls came from behind the counter simply smiled, opened the door to escort us out said “goodbye.” We were in shock, I cannot believe the horrible experience we endured, after reading all the positive reviews this was severely...

B&W’s Tofu Tacos are literally the best thing I’ve ever eaten. 2 of these little wraps of deliciousness come with 4 quarters of corn on the cob slathered in stunningly sweet and sour gorgeousness. To put this into context in a meat eater, not a fan at all of veggie foods but this dish is really next level. The variety of textures and flavours really makes this dish something you’ll remember till the day you die. Lovely staff, oh aye and not forgetting the delicious coffee and cakes to blow...

The staff can't be bothered to serve you and do not explain that you need to collect your own cutlery/sugar/napkins from the side (it is not obvious that they are there). When you ask for a tea spoon and some sugar for your coffee (because the coffee comes just in a mug without a tea spoon), they act like you are a problem and that you ought to know that the items are on the side of the cafe.
