Staff weren't friendly and service with a smile. One of 2 worst chippie I've come across in my life as a 54 year old British person.I'll never buy from Big Ben chippie again - my first and last purchase from this chippie.
I only leave extremely poor service and product reviews and my reviews are honest and genuine. Please don't accuse me of lying - even your menu pricing show 2 piece chicken and chips is an extortionate £7 - overcooked, dry and small portions compared to your competitors who are priced £3.50 - £4.50. This chippies staff accused me of lying - why waste my time and effort?

My experience Big Ben Fish shop very cleaned in sides not a big shop but fish is fresh chicken is fresh the manager is friendly ,when you walk in they.are very happy to see people's go dear and i am glad to give this review because is father on sons and i feel bad when i do not.
