One Stop Caribbean — Restaurant in London

Okay, so I have read the reviews. I am going to give my person opinion and quality from my experience. I have been ordering from this place for 2 years now and im a kind of regulat customer. I had also just made a delivery this evening. I have also been in person multiple times.

The food, for me? On point. Proper jamaican food. I have seen some reviews in regards to oily food. In my experience there has been once or twice but mostly no. It's sad that that had happened to that customer. (And others). To note: the fritias can come oily. Just get a paper towel and dry it up.😭

The food that came today- no complaints on quality.

The drinks (homemade and carribean punches) Prices have risen unfortunately. Still really tasty drools proper stuff 💯

The service itself can be mixed. They are friendly and are very too the point. Jamaicans are like that though. When I have called to chase up my order in the past and in fact very recently.. .they answered and explained its on the way and the delivery driver will call me when he's downstairs and dont worry about just eat. Now ordering from here for 2 years and I do live about 3miles from the place. I do have to wait quite a time for my food after the expected delivery time on just eat.In that time I keep myself busy, go make soome toast. Etc

When the food comes. Really tasty. Great quality. I always know that it's worth the wait. I forget about how long i waited! Would be useful if they could improve this but now because I'm used to it I kinda like it... 🌚

When I have visited in person. They have a nice atmosphere. I've had no issues with the staff or with the food or with the customers.

Story time: one time I ordered in person I don't remember if it was pepper steak or beef stew or wah but 3 hot peppa inna di food 😭😭 my mouth 😪 I even told the woman and we laff about it 😅 once I dash away di peppers I yammed up mi food 🫣🤤

Overall... personally great place, great food. Personally saddened that the prices went up Will definitely order from here again and go in person

Do expect WELL over the delivery time but it's worth it 👌🏼 definitely would say to eat from here and order from here.

I like thee food. I've liked the staff. Overall no issues.

Also I'm not telling you what I recommend because then you all really like it and then the demand will increase and they'll put the prices up because the quality is amazing and the deamds will have to be met xD Honestly tho? All the food is nice. And drinks. And their deserts. I've ordered 90%...

My experience at one 🛑 point was this I pass by plenty time just to see how the reviews if it’s going good are not ,so I when in the shop and asked if the manager is dear when I go dear is only the staffs and they are rudeness to me,the staff that are cooking the food I see them and they are nice generous people ,but their is a short lady working dear is very rude,not only to me but other people telling me about her,but I did not LISEN I just wanted to helped every one in the community every one I give reviews here in the community I pass and see that the place is clean when it come to foods ,from the time I know I never see one person come out with a broom and cleaning out side the shop go in side where they serve the food it is clean,but their picture that I take the picture it was dirty, and the last time I go to the shops I did not take my blood pressure tablets so I say to the lady please could you give me one soup cost £5 .00 because I would like to take my tablets so she say I was hungry and she give me the soups and I did not pay for it in front of customers in the shop so I did not answer so I say I will take a picture and show you that the shop is not clean, for the reviews that GOOGLE MAPS, give her before I do reviews for enemy one I tell them the reason why I give them they must keeping the place clean cut the story short,it could be my mother have a restaurant and keeps it dirty I would do the same I believe in four year I am doing this volunteer work this is 3 shop I give them 2 stars every one wanted to know why I know who is the manager she is a lovely personality woman and is yesterday I here who she is.but some staffs do not care because she the bill come to pay they are not the one paying it so I hope Brent council let they do a deep cleaning in that shop and at the back out side, that is all I see others Restaurant here in this community clean you can eat on the floor if you wanted to but I Learn my lesson I would never do a review for now one here in my country let they phone Google maps and they paid for their reviews 🙏🏿some of my country people Jamaica 🇯🇲 do not approve of what I am doing for them but GODS NOW ME THAT MY HEART IS A GOOD ONE?Euphemia...

attention this is a emergency warning for anybody who is about to place an order do not I repeat do not order from one stop just save you’re money or cook even doe you wanted to be lazy like how I did it was the worst mistake of my life is spending £30 on so called food first problem is that I placed my order at 5:30pm and didn’t get my food till 7:04pm even though I contacted the shop twice previously to find out where my order was and told me it should be 10 minutes or it’s on its way as per usual so I’ve received my £30 worth of waste it was ice cold first of all, my order was jerk pork as a meal the pork tasted as it was cooked over the weekend and dried out then added sauce .you thought is okay to give people this who are from the Caribbean is this a disgrace a disappointment and letdown to know that your advertising Caribbean food which is not from the Caribbean or taste Anything like it the rice and peas was to sticky the plantain was like a rock that’s meal one meal 2 was oxtail and white rice you know when you’re learning to cook and you burn the bottom of the pot that’s what the oxtail looked like black black black and well. Underseasoned Got a chicken soup what was the only good thing I had now last but less the F### Patties omg was rock hard The pastry tasted old it was meant to be beef and cheese and the cheese was still in Jamaica because it didn’t reach my Pattie one stop you need to stop bending time advertising your shop paying for bags for the food and pay more attention to actually taste and season and presentation where is Caribbean food I’ve tasted in a very long time you need to...
