Big Papa's Peri Peri — Restaurant in London

Had a bad experience with the staff today. Me and my wife and children, after a long day at the funfair came to order the food. However I was needing the toilet so I had the member of staff and he said they don't have a toilet and go to tesco. Bearing in mind we also paid over £30 for our food and the least he could have done was be helpful and let me use the toilet. Instead he was rude and disrespectful. Not happy at all. We came all the way from East London. The rude staff memebr shouted and said wasn't his problem. Disgusting behaviour

The staff member also said he doesn't have a toilet meaning tye owner of the business doesn't even give his own staff toilets and then to say its because its health and safety reason. What a joke. Best chicken shop in london-Great food and lovely staff. You can see where they cook so definitely clean which is great as I'm picky about cleanliness. Good sized portions and super tasty food. Outstanding in every respect. If you like your grilled food then look no further. Recommend the double chicken peri burger, it's lush! 5* definitely.... the service was polite and friendly and the food delicious and plentiful. Definitely amongst, if not the best food place in london. It's a bit of a wait at lunch time, as they are so busy with customers, probably takes a few more minutes for your food but it's well worth it as the food quality is amazing and the portions are big. The atmosphere suits the nature of the food well. These guys have a passion and it really shows....

I had lunch one day in the same place I loved the Quality and Taste of Food it is prepared with a very perfect quality of taste. One of the staff members who is always there and running for us to provide a better service and makw sure that what we ordered is accordingly made. They staff is Friendly and cooperative sometimes they also give you discount and extra meals on a special Day. I had also recommended to my friends and we had came there for dinner one I am just surprised that they always maintain there quality of food cleanest environment and services.
