Very good Ethiopian at a very reasonable price. It's £32 for the sharing multi platter for 2 very hungry, or 3 sort of hungry people. The Ethiopian honey wine is definitely worth a try, it tastes a bit like sweet apricot juice, quite nice, £5 for a large glass. It's on the way from Highbury & Islington to Emirates, went there before a cup match midweek and couldn't believe how empty it was. This place is a little gem. If you've never tried Ethiopian, it's a bit like Indian, but it's all plopped in little piles on a big plate in the middle to share.

We had the sharing plate and the coffee with popcorn. The food was so good, and the restaurant were really accommodating of my food allergy - the lady who served us was really nice and made sure we were well looked after. The honey wine was also 10/10 and the meal was incredibly good value. We arrived mid afternoon and it was very quiet, but even as it got busier towards dinner time it was nicely buzzy without being too loud and service remained great. Highly recommend!!

I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. We were charged the full amount despite telling them some of the food wasn’t fresh. We also know Ethiopian food all too well so we’re a bit surprised when the injera had crusty ends (meaning it wasn’t fresh) and a pile of unseasoned minced meat was served. Went with a child who loves Ethiopian food and didn’t eat anything. Overall a poor experience (and the gaul to include service charge? Hilarious)

What can I say? This place is truly amazing in every possible way. I traveled all the way from East London, a 45-minute journey on the train, on the recommendation of a friend. I usually frequently go to various Ethiopian restaurants across London, but this one exceeded all my expectations. The flavors are truly awesome and the injera bread is uniquely soft and delicious.

The portion size was generous and left me satisfied. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring my comfort, and the traditional decor added to the wonderful atmosphere. I will definitely be returning as the food and service were impressive.

A huge thank you to the staff for their warm hospitality. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Ethiopian cuisine or is looking to try it for the first time. It truly delivers in both taste...

Buna Ethiopian Cuisine delivers an outstanding dining experience with food that is truly top-tier. The flavors were rich and authentic, with every dish perfectly spiced and balanced. The injera was fresh and complemented the vibrant variety of stews and vegetables on the plate. On top of the incredible food, the service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It's rare to find this level of quality in both food and service, making Buna a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy exceptional...
