The menu noted that they "pride themselves with partnering up with the best" to deliver limited specials every month. They didn't have this. We got the spicy pork tonkotsu and the yuzu tonkotsu. The "yuzu" flavour was not strong (if present at all), just a lemony flavour (imagine a savoury lemony drizzle cake or lemon chicken) which overshadowed any pork flavour in the broth. I definitely would not have guessed there was any yuzu in it. Other than that, the broth itself was OK, it was disappointingly watered down for "20hr broth". There wasn't the fattiness you would expect from a tonkotsu broth and the texture was also thin. I have to agree with the other review about the noodles. They were NOT it. It was a soft, starchy and sticky mess. No bounciness but not mushy. Tasted like it was cooked in only a litre of water and then left to sit in the fridge to sit overnight. It was all stuck together and you had to work at it to pull it apart. The redeeming factor would be the fried char siu which was delicious when freshly topped, but after sitting in the broth bath for a while, turned into a salty chewy mess. The beansprouts were also really nice and you get a whole egg instead of half like many other ramen places, but the bamboo shoots were briny and mediocre. It seems that the boss daddies' only response to negative reviews is "email us" but they should be collating these reviews themselves and presenting them to "corporate". Feedback has already been given and it is up to you to improve your recipes and act on it since the comments about the broth and noodles don't seem to be store specific and certainly are not unique to me. I would give it 3 stars, but I've given only 2 because of the misleading branding about wanting to "create the best ramen".

5 Stars – Outstanding Service at Bone Daddyies Old Street) I had such a great experience at Bone Daddies Old Street, and I want to give a special shoutout to Julia who provides amazing service. We came in during a quiet time, not during the lunch rush, and Julia was the only one managing the floor—but she handled everything with such professionalism and care. From the moment we walked in, Julia was warm and welcoming. She seated us promptly, took our order efficiently, and checked in on us throughout our meal to make sure we were doing okay and to see if we needed anything else. I was especially touched by her attentiveness—not only to us, but also to my service dog. She kindly brought out a bowl of water for him without me even asking, which I deeply appreciated. Julia was friendly, thoughtful, and incredibly dedicated to her work. Her service genuinely elevated our dining experience, and I can’t thank her enough. Bone Daddies is lucky to have someone like her on the team!

We tried the chicken bao and the aubergine bao, Laksa Ramen special offer and the Vegetarian Miso Ramen. Bao with chicken was great - meat tender and crispy, while the aubergine one flavour wise was nice, it’s just the texture was off - really soggy. Since the Laska Ramen isn’t a regular menu item I don’t want to comment much on it, but in short - the flavour profile was enjoyable, but the prawns in it were over-soaked and overcooked, therefore hard to peel and so on. The veg Miso Ramen was the biggest let down - broth way too sweet, tasted borderline sugar syrup like, and there was nothing in the dish to counter that - basically very imbalanced. The restaurant has a cool vibe, an inclusive menu, in my opinion it just needs a little bit more attention to detail :)

Bone Daddies London – A Ramen Experience Like No Other!

If you’re looking for the ultimate ramen spot in London, look no further than Bone Daddies! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with an electric atmosphere, killer tunes, and the rich aroma of simmering broth that instantly made our mouths water.

Our servers, Noemie and Roy, took our experience to the next level. Noemie was incredibly warm and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with expert recommendations. Roy’s energy and attention to detail ensured that every moment of our meal was flawless. Their enthusiasm and passion for great food made us feel like VIP guests.

Now, let’s talk about the food—absolute perfection. The broth? Deep, rich, and packed with umami. The noodles? Perfectly chewy. And the toppings? Generous, fresh, and full of flavor. We went for the Tonkotsu Ramen, which had an insanely creamy broth, and the fried chicken was crispy, juicy, and an absolute must-try.

Bone Daddies isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience. With an incredible vibe, top-tier service from Noemie and Roy, and ramen that rivals the best in Japan, this place deserves all the hype. Can’t wait...

I arrived at 10.40pm. Late I know, but the google listing says you are open until 11pm. Surely you would put the time on there that you could order until? Otherwise it would be guesswork for people of when the latest they could turn up.

I was told that it was too late to order. After I explained that it did say on the website that it was open until 11pm, they reluctantly let me order. I ordered the Buffalo and a beer (can). The beer was warm, when I pointed that out they said yeah the fridge is broken. It was unopened so I removed it from my order.

The broth turned up. It was lukewarm. At this point I just didn't want to complain, I knew there was no point. However when the floor manager was taking my payment she did ask, was everything OK? So I said the broth was lukewarm and there was no cold beer. She repeated "the broth was lukewarm" under her breath. That was it hahaha. No sorry, I guess she just thought I was a difficult customer. In fact I wasn't, I was 100% polite and friendly...
