DO NOT ENTER AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!! This place was very hyped on social media and therefore I thought I would take my friend as a celebration brunch however I profousely apologise to my friend for ruining her achievements with this horrific, bland place. Firstly I was asked was I ready to order to which I said yes, then I was told to order at the till and pay straight away as they were very busy. When paying they added the service charge already without mentioning it at all - there was no service to be provided. We then waited for over an hour for two meals and drinks only for our watery, flavourless drinks to arrive after our meal not to mention the undercooked and not fresh food. When grabbing the waitress attention she told us that’s the way the eggs and sausage are supposed to be and told us just eat it because it’s very busy which was very rude of her. We then waited another 10 mins and every eye contact made with her was extremely unfriendly and uncomfortable. Only then the undercooked food was taken back and cooked while the rest of our food went cold. We barely finished our food as we felt sick and uncomfortable and it wasn’t up to any good standard.  Just as we were about to leave the manager then came up to us and asked us if the food was okay and we voiced our concerns to her for her to say we tell all our customers if you’re not happy with the service then ask for a service refund which was not mentioned at all in the beginning. The manager we spoke to was very intimidating, in our faces and rude in her body language and her tone of voice. Not to mention we can hardly hear as the music was extremely loud. I wanted to email them personally instead of leaving a review here but they do not have an email address anywhere on their website or instagram. I did not have a pleasant experience here at all. They got my order wrong and gave me undercooked food that later they revealed had gluten in it despite me asking before ordering if they cater to gluten free food. If you can’t cater to intolerances then that’s fine but be honest about it so that customers aren’t wasting their money and risking their health. The chefs were also very rude, arguing with a customer about their allergies/intolerances and being extremely defensive is not a good look. Not one person apologised to me for this ordeal. I paid at the time to not cause a scene but I deserve a refund. During my visit I was not the only one who had an issue with their order, another lady could be heard complaining to the waitress that they got her drink order wrong and gave her the wrong milk! They do not listen to customers and it is not safe eating here if you have an intolerance. They treat you like an inconvenience and even argue with you!
