FAT Bites (Burgers/Wings/Milkshake/Leyton) — Restaurant in London

I was an Uber eats pick up order customer on the night of 7th July 23. Ordered loaded fries, chicken wrap and some nuggets. The chicken wrap was good, the nuggets were normal (what you'd expect from any chicken shop ever). The problem I have is with the loaded fries. It was cheese melted over minced beef and fries. My complaint is that this item was raw. The beef in this loaded fries order was so raw you could smell the stench that raw beef gives off as well as see the colour of it. It was revolting, especially since the raw beef liquids fell to the bottom of the container and soaked the fries. It ruined the taste of everything else. I wish I could get a refund for this single item as it was the most expensive one in the order I made. I wish that you improve your loaded fries but possibly preparing it a different way. Maybe you guys were in a rush? Who knows. But this was my first time ordering from you and although the wrap was good, the experience was overwhelmingly negative. Was recommended this place by a friend. Got food poisoning as a result of trying them out. Ordered a peri wrap, chicken burger, some chicken bites and bbq wings and was the only thing I had eaten all day. Was up all night with vomiting and diarrhea. Chicken wrap had TOOO much sauce in it.

Service, however was impeccable, the guy was really friendly at the till and even gave me extra chips and a drink because of the wait. I wasn't happy he used his bare hands to put the lettuce in my burger and wrap (maybe that's what caused the food poisoning? Unwashed hands?) But I let it slide as he was so friendly. I ordered food from here and unfortunately, my experience with the food was quite disappointing. The donor that I ordered tasted fake and had a horrific smell that was really off-putting. I was surprised that such poor quality meat was served to customers, and it made me question the restaurant's hygiene and food safety standards.

Moving on to the burger, it was equally disappointing. The meat was dry and lacked any sort of seasoning, making it quite bland. To make matters worse, the bun that came with the burger tasted like cardboard, and was clearly stale.
