KFC Leyton - High Road — Restaurant in London

This branch of KFC knowingly, and deliberately, miss items from orders. It happened to me last night when fries were omitted from my meal. I challenged this, and the woman serving me simply said fries don't come with the meal, which is a lie. I left without fries as I couldn't be bothered to have another argument with the staff. Another time when I was with my wife we had a very difficult time persuading them to give us fries, and when they did, they removed a couple of hot wings from the order (which we didn't realise until we got home). There is a persistent pattern of dishonest behaviour from this branch, amounting to theft. It's criminal.

Avoid this place. If you do go here, get a receipt. If they give you a difficult time, film them doing it.

1/7/23 update: Still up to their old tricks. I've had a few orders from this branch which were fine, but just now they missed two hot wings from my order. It's not a hard job. They're doing it deliberately. AVOID...

They are always forgetting something in the meal so i have to check before i leave so i can remind them then and there, the tenders are always crunchy and dried out because they set the heat too high. The staff are also rude and arrogant, when i asked roughly how long the food would take to make, they started swearing at me in hindi, which i understood.

For delivery orders they always mark the orders as ready as soon as the order is placed, so the store is full of delivery drivers waiting for their food.

In terms of hygiene there is a certain lack of carelessness, for example the printed dates on certain readymade items such as gravy and beans is just set as a random date, so you never know if its old or not, that which also tastes uncooked.

The manager (dressed in grey) at the store is more lenient as is actually quite a nice person, when he is serving orders or present at the store, it is the untrained and ignorant staff members who...

I'm goin to cover the good points, bad points and then my overall review.

Good:

*Customer service - the customer service here is pretty good. No bad experiences on my part and the members of staff are okay.

*Queue speed - The store can get really busy during peak hours but I never queue for more than 5-7 mins max which is really good in comparison to other places.

Bad: *Sitting Space - Not much sitting space inside, but I guess that to be expected due to the size of the store. This is ideal for coming in to order and leave, not so much for a family meal/sit down.

*Hygiene - Not gonna lie, sometimes tables go uncleaned after people have left for longer than expected, which is discouraging for anyone wanting to sir down to eat.

Overall:

It's okay if you want to come in and grab your order and leave but not so much for sitting down and there aren't always seats available unless you're...
