Let me start off by saying that this is the WORST pizza place I have EVER been to. Actually, scratch that, it's the worst fast food place I've ever been to. To start off the hygiene levels were so low. As soon as you walked into the place your shoes started to stick to the floor! Not to mention the fact that there was litter scattered all around the place. My family and I went up to the counter, where my father placed an order for one individual sized pizza with ham and cheese. I instead opted to take my time looking over the menu before ordering. the person serving my father was a lady who seemed like she was in charge. She had poor customer service skills. We were on vacation and weren't sure of the sizing, instead of explaining it to us she kept barking at us "individual or shared?". When I went up to place my order, the man behind the counter had his head down. I said hi and asked if I could order, and without saying a word, he walked away towards the kitchen. I was left there wondering what was happening and quite frankly I felt like an idiot. He shortly returned with the same woman who had served my father. I asked for one individual pepperoni pizza, one lot of fries, and one cup of Pepsi. She then said that you can only buy the 1.5L bottle of Pepsi, I hesitated and asked if there were any smaller sizes. She then said no and I agreed to buy the 1.5L bottle. I found this extremely annoying and confusing because on the menu it talks about a cup that you can buy and get free refills with. Not to mention, as she was ordering this young waiter around to get the Pepsi bottle, I could see onto the back shelf which had multiple glass bottles of Pepsi. Needless to say, I was extremely annoyed. As my family and I were waiting for our orders, we witnessed the same woman bossing around this poor waiter. She was demanding he do this and he does that. And while I have no experience with running a pizza joint, I do believe that you should be treating people and employees fairly. Not to mention the picture this woman was painting left a rather bitter taste in my mouth about the place. After around 15-20 minutes, we heard our order being called out. The same lady had called out our order, slammed it down on the bench, and left! We then went back to our hotel and opened the pizza box to find it SWIMMING IN GREASE. The bottom of the box had been soaked through as well! I was rather curious to see just how much grease was on there so I started dabbing at it with a napkin, and then another, and then another. 3 whole napkins worth of grease on one pizza, it was the exact same case with the other pizza as well. After tossing the pizza out, I sat down to eat my fries. I bit into one and immediately spat it back out, it was solid in the middle! It hadn't been cooked thoroughly! I was so frustrated and annoyed. I often rely on fast food chains when overseas because I always thought they would provide quality food. This was a major let down and I will never be returning. I immediately called the branch to explain to the manager the condition of the pizza and all he just said that’s how pepperoni pizza are and was not sympathetic at all, I asked for a refund he said that you have to go online for a refund. This is totally unacceptable the uneditable pizza’s condition and the poor customer service displayed by the Leyton branch manager. Read moreThis service doesn't even deserve 1 star. Ordered pizza today at 12.18 for delivery at 4.30pm. At 4.35 I called as the pizza wasn't delivered yet. The manager told me that the delivery guy left and pizza is on the way. 11 min later I called again as the pizza wasn't there. She told me that they have other deliveries and as she said that he already left. I called the main customer service and I've made a complain. They called the Hut just for the manager to lie about the delivery time. The pizza arrived at 17.06 but she said that it arrived just after 4.30.The only thing she didn't knew is that we have CCTV camera which will now prof that she lied!!!
