I have visited B&O twice, once as a group for lunch and once on my own for breakfast, so I feel confident in giving a full and honest review.
Service & Staff On both occasions we were given a five star service, the staff are very kind and attentive. Both managers (Simon and Ismet) were very polite, they would even came up to the table to ensure everything was okay or simply to greet.
Food They serve both breakfast and lunch, so they have a variety of options on the menu. They have Greek cuisine which the menu is based on, however there is a tweak of English food added especially to the breakfast and kids menu. I do not eat meat so I enjoy the grilled vegetables, poached eggs and halloumi cheese on sourdough bread. However my friends really enjoyed the mixed grill which comes in a very generous portion.
Ambiance The ambiance is warm and there is full of light. The kitchen is separated by glass and you can fully see inside. Please could the management contact me so that I can explain and make a full...
Read moreOrdered through Deliveroo. £17 for lamb chops, there were 4 of them, about one and a half bite each, dry and overcooked. £3.5 for tzatziki and tirokafteri, came in a small pot like you normally get complimentary sauces in. Kleftiko was quite bland and topped with cheese (never seen that before). Moussaka was tasty but quite dry and drizzled in balsamic vinegar (???) Nothing like Greek food I've had before (lived in Greece for about 2 years).
Update - Simon from Bread and Oregano called to apologise. Really commendable customer service and a well deserved extra...
