just because manager gave 1 double whopper large meals free I'm giving 5 🌟 Last Sunday I ordered 4 double whopper large meals but they were busy and when I got home 1 was with bacon and I'm Muslim i don't eat bacon, Wednesday I got 5 double whopper large meals and 9 nuggets but it came to £60.63 but manager put the order through the till asking for £10.63 I said sorry but only paying for 4 double and 9 nuggets meals he said why, I explain on Sunday, But he said please pay full because I have put cash payment on the till your recite came out, but for other day I will give you extra burger but I need full payment, but I have said it was your mistake Sunday manager promised me I would get 1 free burger meals I'm your regular customer and were is Vishal the manager, then manager apologies and said sorry you should of mention it to me before I put it in the system now I need to print a refund recite otherwise it will be short in the till your total was 60.63 but you gave 50.00 but after refund 10.39 you needed to pay 24p please now new total 50.23 Please next time do mention before hand. He was very polite and helpful even though I made him do extra work do refund and and even he apologies because of his politeness I'm giving him 5 stars 🌟 and he was nervous because he accepted the payment bottom and I only gave 50.00 but he sorted out eventually -10.39 and I had no bacon this...

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the customer service I received at your Burger King Lewisham, London on the 7th Feb 2025 at approx 14:35.
On my recent visit, I encountered a manager Hamza who refused to serve me at the till and insisted that I use the kiosk machine to place my order. I explained that I had to use the till as the kiosk machine does not give you the options to ‘not add salt’ on the chips. While I understand that some establishments are integrating new technologies, I have always been served at the till by all of the female staff without any issues.
The manager's behavior was unacceptable. He was rude and unfriendly, creating an unpleasant experience for me. His claim that it is Burger King's policy not to serve customers at the till anymore was contrary to my previous experiences at this location.
As a loyal customer, I felt disappointed, sad, and frustrated by this appalling customer service. I hope that you will address this issue to ensure that other customers do not face the same experience in the future.

Read moreStaff were trying to help with BG App code but we're unsuccessful manager got involved said he would deal with it. He was chubby Asian. Unfortunately I finished my meal with my family still waiting. Nobody came over especially HIM. I went back to original server and asked whats going on he said he got the code working served me no apology. What made it worse for me is when I approached the till area the manager who told me don't worry I'll sort it n bring your food over just looked at me ignored what had happened n carried on. Had I not been with my wife n daughter I would have said something, however I chose to air my experience online for consumers to learn from.
What I was also displeased with was the managers uniform soiled dirty untucked poor English n unable to resolve query whilst I was at the till with original server only not to follow through as promised.
