I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cafe De Niro and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with a perfect blend of modern elegance and warm, welcoming touches.

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Their knowledge of the menu was impressive, and their recommendations were spot on.

As for the food—wow! Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The ingredients were fresh, and you could taste the care and creativity that went into every bite. Whether you're a fan of English breakfast or just looking for a place to enjoy a fantastic meal, Cafe De Niro has something to satisfy every palate.

Rude waitress, There are many ways to make tea and whether you put the milk in before removing the tea bag or after changes the taste distinctly as the milk captures tannins and makes it very different. You asked if i wanted sugar but just poured the milk in straight onto the tea bag, i immediately tried to explain thats not drinkable and could i have another, your ridiculous response to this was to pour it away and use the same tea bag….a tea bag costs pennies. I asked for a new tea bag and you started complaining about me to your colleague and begrudgingly gave me a new tea bag. Having done this for me i said “Thank You” but you completely ignored me and made it obvious you were annoyed. Regardless of whether you agree to how i like my tea you made a very unpleasant situation for the sake of a tea bag. Milk in first or last is not uncommon in uk, perhaps you should consider this.

And talking about a customer showing your frustration in a foreign language whilst they are being served is...

I have never had such rude customer service at a cafe in all my days. Ordered on ubereats and called to make an amendment, only to be shouted at very aggressively and accused of requesting a refund on a previous order, 7 weeks ago (which never happened as I’ve previously been content with the food, at least content enough to order again and again) he refused to make my order because of this false information. I agreed he should cancel the order as I do not trust someone with that level of aggression to handle my food. Who knows what they would have done to it?!!! Even if I had requested a refund before, that is no way to treat or speak to any customer trying to give you their money for your service. We were nothing but polite and the accusations and rudeness was unwarranted. If you want your food made with love and want to be respected as a customer, shop somewhere else....
