Cafe Royale South Woodford — Restaurant in London

Unfortunately my experience with my grandmother today was very bad and awful, although the food was great, the customer service was very bad and poor, the waitress was very rude to me and gave me a dirty look for no reason, i asked for hot chocolate to put in a takeaway cup, she gave it half in a takeaway cup and exclaimed falsely that it was supposed to be like that, she was completely ignorant and even did not give a cup bottle with it.

I explained i wanted more, but she accused me of lying and did not think i believed her.

Anyway, the other lady with tattoo was also rude, she looked like she did not care and did not want to do her job properly, it seems like paying them and asking them for the menu and order is hard work for them and they cannot be bothered.

They both was very rude, gave rude looks and even spoke bad about me in their language, when i explained to her she was being rude, she was being very defensive so i left it at that

I felt very unwelcomed and upset about the poor level of customer service and manners, i will not be returning back to a place where they dont bother to do their job nor respect or make me feel welcomed.

Food was good, even asking for the sald led to a argument, i simply inquired about the salad and the lady with the tattoo was rudely saying halal and haraam when there was not a issue with that.

I was given less in the cup of hot chocolate and the lady was rude about the salad and overall the experience was not good due to bad manners, impoliteness and bad customer service.

Who gave the waitresses the right to be rude over the food the customers order, its like being lazy and thus made me feel unwelcomed especially since they called...

Café Royale, South Woodford

I’ve visited Café Royale twice now and both times have been really enjoyable. The place has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, and it’s nice that you can choose to sit outside when the weather’s good. The staff are friendly and the service feels unhurried, which makes it a pleasant spot to spend some time.

If you arrive early, they offer a great breakfast deal for just £5 – really good value considering the quality. The food itself is classic English café fare: fresh, tasty, and cooked just right. It’s simple but done very well, which is exactly what you want from a place like this.

Overall, I can’t fault it. Great value, lovely food, and a nice vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back...

Do not come here they do not respect your time or your hard earned money. Absolutely Speechless! Ordered a Halal breakfast x2. Waited 45 minutes and still no food. Politely asked one of the ladies how long the food will be - she was rude and condescending to my friend. We decided to pay for our drinks and leave. She brought out two ‘Healthy breakfasts’ (cold with smoked salmon) and proceeded to tell us that we ordered ‘Healthy’ not ‘Halal’.
