Caffè Nero — Restaurant in London

Frequently order from here via Uber Eats and, honestly, I'm not sure why I bother. The orders are rarely correct, especially if coffee is involved (which, ironic) and if they don't have something, instead of refunding, as a decent business should, they take it upon themselves to substitute it with something else.

For example, I ordered a raspberry and almond frangipani muffin, which was advertised as readily available, and instead got a blueberry muffin that looked disgusting, and, most importantly, I think smelled disgusting because I hate blueberries. Give me my money back instead!

Popped in this morning for a small flat white coffee and a toastie . Was asked if I'd like the Brazilian or Classic coffee. When I asked 'what's the difference between the two?', I was told that the Brazilian is a softer blend. I liked the sound of that and ordered it. When I looked at the receipt, I found that I had been charged an additional 30p for the Brazilian ( was classed as a seasonal offer on the receipt) without being told about it. A stealth charge by Caffe Nero!!...

I came a few minutes ago. I ordered one iced latte pistachio with soya milk and they told me that they serve that only with semi skimmed milk. Every time I order that iced latte I pay £3.85 and today I got changed £4.30 because the only milk they had was oat milk. Also your staff was trying to find excuses for not having soya milk and for charging me more. If you don't change your staff I won't visit...
