Spent the evening here whilst waiting during a concert at the stadium. Turkish tea was the draw and didn't disappoint. Had mixed platter to share. The chicken doner meat was really tasty but rest were all good too, chicken shish, lamb kofte. Ordered cacık on the side too. Tap water provided when asked. The atmosphere before the show was of course buzzing. Then the clientele were more demure during the show- it was equally busy before and during. The food is consistently 4-5* The delivery guy is a 5* (especially if you tip him a little The price is reasonable compared to Kervan/Gokuzu The telephone manners is 1* and because of this they lost a customer who would otherwise happily order from them every working lunch.
If you're a Turkish speaker they will treat you better than if you're not and ordering less than £20. The lady hung up on me for no reason so that was the final straw for me.
It's a shame but there are plenty of other Turkish restaurants of the same quality and all the ones I have been to treat...
Read moreI used to love this place but the last 3 times I have been, they've gotten my order wrong, they haven't given me enough of what I have asked for (even though I made it clear that I will pay for extra) they've listed dishes on their menu which they don't actually make and the coffee machine was broken or I had to ask for the bill 3 times when it wasn't busy (only 2 other people in the restaurant!).
