Today I decided I see that green spot on the map for real. I found a castle, what is the Bruce Castle Museum & Haringey Archives (… as you can see in the pictures.) I saw nice old trees, I was just wondering about the story of their life (… what they can tell us.) There are playground with a pool for children. There are possibilities for activities as playing basketball, tennis, walking, running, exercising on your own or as part of the organised group (… what I saw). The 🚜 cutting the grass was an attraction (… a made a record about it.) It was impressive how the 🚜 was turning around the trees. I found one of the entrances an ice cream 🚐 too. I did not try but probably you should. … but unfortunately, I realised, I could not use my phone without problem. The sign was jumping between 3G and 4G and I had a phone call what I could make in the fifth time only. It was really annoying.

There is a lot of things to do. There is playground, museum with different kind of exhibitions. You can join in a free family art and craft as well. The museum visiting is free and enjoyable for children. They can dress in, watch stories. Bruce Castle Museum is located in a magnificent 16th century historic building, within the beautiful Bruce Castle Park. If you want to explore the building and the park with children, there are additional free educational resources you can use in and around the Museum - from Tudor dressing up clothes, items that show you how people did their washing in the past and various fun activity and colouring-in sheets.

My local park. Lovely little kids playground although it could do with an upgrade. Lido basin may be still in use during summer months but its been a hot minute. Use to have a mini gym (circa 2012 London Olympics) but has since been replaced with wooden balancing beams?! Bowls, tennis court and basketball facilities here also. Alongside community exercise groups for those who wanna get in shape. Use to be the location for Tottenham carnival back in the early to mid noughties. Home of the UK's oldest and most beautiful oak tree, the Tottenham Oak.

Nice park, large open spaces with tennis courts free to use. There are probably some of the oldest and biggest trees in London in this park.

The childrens park is big but isn't looked after. Hasn't got many things for younger children, literally just 1 or 2 things for the youngest ones.

There's a few corners where drunks hang out with beer cans and other rubish thrown around, however they tend to keep to themselves.

It's a shame such a lovely and historic park is only given the bare minimum maintenance. It has the potential to be one of the most beautiful...
