So I’m giving 3 stars only because of a bad experience I had with a member of staff. So a little while ago, when I was potty training my daughter I went to bm to buy a waterproof mattress protector for her bed. I leave like 5 minutes away so I didn’t even get a bag with me. I looked for the protectors and some of them was previously removed from their packaging. I wanted a single one so I had to check the size on the sheet and then the staff looked at me and with an attitude told I shouldn’t opened that. I told her it was already open but instead was continuing with her attitude. So I told her to do her job and leave me finish my shopping. The security guard was behind me questioning and I told him if you believe I’m here to steal go have a look in your cameras I’m standing right in front of them. (To don’t forget to mention that another day later on the same guard was trying to sell his airpods to customers when they was exiting the store, he asked me too instead of doing his job as he should do, but anyway). So I’m the end with arrogance and some face gestures decided to leave me in peace. I went at the till to pay and gone. I like it though as you can find some really good bargains especially when they are on offer but really sometimes is hard to find prices as labels are misplaced, packages are opened by other customers, many times there are long queues etc. Also something that I really don’t like is when I see staff hiding their bargains under the tills so they can buy them, at least do it without us...
Read moreMy mom was served by a very very very rude employee at the cashier named Leila. My mom wanted to do an exchange as there was things missing from what she had bought and Leila was being extremely dismissive, and was also hurrying up my mom saying that she was apparently serving her for ‘30mins’ which is not true at all and you can check the CCTV camera at the store aswell. As she took the item from my mom she had put it down aggressively aswell, and again was very rude when speaking to my mother saying ‘oh i will not process this exchange if you keep speaking.’ How could she speak to a customer like this? She was also rude to the customer prior to my mom aswell. This employee needs to be sat down and taught the basic principle of human decency as she very much lacks it. As a store and company, you do not need this type of person bringing down the company’s name, making customers not even want to come back to shop. You’ll be losing customers like this. Again i will reiterate that Leila needs immediate training on customer service or given a disciplinary as I also work in retail and know that this is definitely not how you treat a customer, especially when...

I feel so uncomfortable every time I come here to shop because he’s always following me trying to talk he’s literally old enough to be my father. You would think at his age he would have been there done that. I’ve showed no interest in this man and never want to speak to him but every time I come in this shop it’s like he doesn’t get the message to leave me alone ? He’s not even following me on suspicion he’s following for a whole other reason I’ll leave you to work out what reason that is.
