Carolines Pizza — Restaurant in London

Terrible customer service, absolute liars. My food was late (over 1 hour) so I called in twice to check, they told me it was on the way both times. When I called UberEats to complain, UberEats called them to see where my food was, since the food was being delivered my the merchants themselves and thus it could not be tracked. They told UberEats my food was already delivered and someone had accepted it. What a blatant lie! I have never experienced this on any food delivery platforms or anywhere in any country. No one rang at my door and it did not show as delivered on the app. In the end UberEats cancelled the order for me so I did not get charged. Sometime after their delivery driver turns up at my door with the food. We tell him about what’s happened and he admits he was just as confused as we were and that he got lost. We turned the food away since UberEats had cancelled the order for us. I will NEVER be ordering...

Bro 🤦🏽‍♂️ they got 3 of my 4 pizzas wrong and I ordered in person over the counter. Pizza base is more a flattened bread not a pizza base, it's very dry doughy but that's a personal preference. They have basic toppings so double check you've received what you've ordered before leaving, not once you're home 😭 service was prompt and collection prices are brilliant however they will not tell you they don't have certain toppings, they'll top with alternatives and just hope you're ok with it which is terrible given today's allergens and intolerances complications. Staff aren't rude just a little on the dumb side, definitely need a bit more knowledge on foods you're working with. All in all.... Walk further down a couple mins past the traffic lights and go to TGF Pizza THEY'VE ALWAYS BEEN 10/10 (tried Carolines yesterday because was running out of time and sort of wish, nah it was meh so I ain't gona...

Absolutely AWFUL customer service. He mischarged me for an £18 pizza. I could have walked away with an 18p pizza but no, i went back and told him, i don't even get a thank you. Then i ask for a a few more sauces because i came back to pay correctly because of his mistake. He says in a blunt and vile tone, "you are taking the piss". This small but laterally large brown guy, is the most rude and unproffesional employee i have ever come across in my entire life. Having worked in retail i know i asked politely and i wasn't pushing any boundaries when i asked for another sauce. But this one guy ruined my whole experience and i will not be going back. I hope the manager sees this and replies accordingly to his employees who are ruining the image of...
