Hi my name is Ali .I'm a regular customer at Deliza . I always go there for breakfast with my family. I'm sharing the experience I went through today. We went there for breakfast there was no welcome .The waiter and waitress had a miserable face to their customers .No smile or hello /hi.You have to pull your own chair and sit down.Minutes later you receive a menu on your table without any eye contact or smile. They put a notice on the wall which said: we accept card payment with an additional £0.50p charge. I hoped no one was upset about it.

My concern is that if their are unable to take a card payment they should let the customer know , cash payment only , not after serving the meal or they should display a notice in a clear view. So, they can't ask people to get cash because their machine is not working. They force me to go and get cash.I would like everyone to be...

Went in for Sunday brunch with the missus. We both ordered a full English. Positives.... food looked yum, the service was pleasant, portion was a fair size, good tea, left the tea bag in,just how I like it and the price was reasonable. Negative points... seems like they use halal shop eggs...which Im not too fond off. Get some Iceland ones. mine were too runny for my liking so it would have been nice if i was asked how I would like my eggs. Also I think it's a crime if you open a cafe and you serve fake tomato ketchup...c'mon it has to be Heinz and only Heinz and not some fake cheap copy. Been having Heinz all my life so I can tell. Told the manager isA he will take on feedback. Overall was a good experience, would I be coming back..? Yes i think I would. Hopefully manger takes on feedback so that he's cafe...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Delizia with my family of six, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff being attentive and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. The menu is reasonably priced, offering great value for money without compromising on quality.

In my opinion, Delizia serves the best Desi breakfast in East London. Each dish was flavourful and authentically prepared, providing a delightful start to our day. The full English breakfast, in particular, was wholesome and certainly worth every penny, with generous portions and fresh ingredients.

We will definitely be visiting Delizia again, and I can't recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for a satisfying and halal breakfast option. A must-try spot for...

English breakfast - mediocre, nothing fancy but good portion of everything Fresh orange juice - poor quality oranges, not worth £4.50 All was well and I would probably have given 3 stars based on service and food quality, until I discovered a FLY in my orange juice. At first it looked like part of the seed from the orange, then I placed it on the tissue (as pictured) and it was as clear as a fly could be! I’m not one to kick up a fuss so I just informed them quietly, they ended up deducting a pound from the bill so £3.50 for the juice and it still wasn’t worth it! Go Sainsbury’s and you can taste the difference.

I went here a few days ago with my mum to celebrate her 50th wedding anniversary, I would’ve preferred Meds a fantastic cafe down the road, but I thought it would be good to support another local restaurant. I ordered an English breakfasts and the food came with hair inside. I let the staff know but instead of rectifying and apologising, the owner decided to berate me and my mother and make rude comments about our appearance and background. Honestly a horrible service and I would not recommend visiting this place. Support another local business like Meds as I would definitely recommend them.
