I’ve been a regular customer at the Pizza Go Go Now branch for quite some time now, and after multiple visits and orders, I’ve decided it’s time to share my honest and personal opinion based entirely on my experiences. This review isn't intended to please anyone in management, nor is it written with the aim of being overly critical. It’s just how I truly feel as someone who has supported this branch over the years. Let’s start with the customer service. To be fair, the staff behind the counter are generally attentive they don’t keep customers waiting for long, and they get to your order quickly. However, there’s something lacking in the way they interact with customers. I have never been greeted with a smile or made to feel welcome. Not once has a staff member smiled or engaged with me in a friendly manner, and that, over time, makes a difference. While I didn’t let that bother me too much initially I was mostly focused on just getting my order it does contribute to an overall feeling that customers are just transactions, not people they value. The real disappointment, however, has come from the quality and consistency of the food itself. Recently, I placed an order for a 15-inch pizza and specifically asked for tandoori chicken as the topping. What I received instead was just regular chicken not the flavourful, spiced tandoori chicken I was expecting. I decided to let that go without complaint. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. But what really upset me was how little topping was actually on the pizza. It was so sparse that it almost felt like I had ordered a plain cheese pizza with a few bits of chicken randomly scattered on top. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed such issues. Even during my previous order, the amount of topping was extremely minimal. It seems to be a recurring problem now, where the toppings are being cut down significantly maybe to save costs, but at the expense of customer satisfaction. I remember when the pizzas from this branch used to feel a lot more generous, both in size and quality. Now, not only has the quantity of toppings been reduced, but the pizza itself seems thinner and smaller in overall appearance. It doesn’t feel like I’m getting the same value for my money anymore. When you order from a place regularly, you tend to notice small changes and unfortunately, most of the changes I’ve seen recently at this Pizza Go Go branch have not been for the better. I understand that businesses need to manage their margins, but doing so by quietly reducing portion sizes and topping quantity, without maintaining the quality, is disappointing and feels disrespectful to loyal customers. I’ve had pizza from many other places, some even offering better quality and portion sizes at the same price point. The only reason I keep going back to this branch is because of its location it’s the closest to my house, and for the sake of convenience, I’ve continued to support it. But now I’m seriously reconsidering whether convenience is worth compromising on quality and experience. I sincerely hope the management at this branch take this feedback constructively. I’m not writing this out of anger, but out of frustration as a regular customer who has seen the standards drop. It wouldn’t take much to turn things around better customer engagement, more generous toppings, and a commitment to consistency could go a long way. Until then, I’ll be thinking twice before I place my next order.

Average nothing too special, I don't think anybody does a half decent deep Pan Pizza as usually in the pizza dough is too clumpy and dense. This location also hosts to rocket Pizza a company that was in Mile End many years back. A thin craft is borderline average

Thin crust is really nice but thick crust is the opposite of nice. Some toppings feel fresh and some feel old once they are inside the mouth. Margarita is literally the best with thin crust. Others are somethings you should think about before ordering..

If I could give it 0 stars I would which is a shame as this was recommended by a friend. They sent the wrong order which in itself is fine - it happens. One eldery staff male member is pretty sweet hearted however a second younger staff male member there is pretty much a sociopath. Lied and gaslighted, completely bizzare experience. He agreed to send over a replacement pizza without clarifying he wanted additional payment/old wrong pizza returned. After delivery of corrected order an hour later, he then over the phone demanded the wrong old pizza back (this is a contamination and food hygiene issue especially when COVID is on the rise and bear it mind it had been over an hour since original delivery. This will be reported to Food standards agency), then demanded payment in retrospect to teach us a lesson I guess (!?). We gave the replacement pizza back because it wasnt worth continuing the argument and food was not great anyway. Never experienced this kind of behaviour before from a pizza place and Ive worked in the NHS where we get abuse almost daily...btw they dont have a customer service eventhough it seems to be the reply to most of the poor reviews. If you do order from this place do it through 3rd party app such as uber eats as it offers more protection from sociopathic staff members. But ideally dont order from...

I recently visited [Pizza gogo], and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant due to the behavior of one of the employees. From the moment I walked in, the worker’s attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming.

When I approached the counter to place my order, I was met with sighs and eye-rolls, as if I was inconveniencing them just by being there. They barely made eye contact and spoke in a curt, almost annoyed tone. When I asked a simple question about the menu, they gave me a sarcastic response instead of being helpful.

To make matters worse, the worker was visibly impatient when I needed a moment to decide, and their demeanor made the entire interaction uncomfortable. It was clear they were not interested in providing even a basic level of customer service.

While the pizza itself was bad, the negative interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. Customer service is a vital part of any dining experience, and this kind of rudeness is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure other customers don’t encounter the same unprofessional behavior.

I won’t be returning anytime...
