CFC Fried Chicken — Restaurant in London

I had an absolutely terrible experience at CFC Chicken, and I feel compelled to share just how awful the customer service was. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that things were not going to go well. The worker at the counter seemed to have no understanding of English whatsoever, which made communication impossible. Every time I asked him a question, he just kept responding with “yes,” but he didn’t actually answer anything I was asking. I tried to clarify my order and ask simple questions about the menu, but it was like talking to a wall. He clearly did not understand a word of what I was saying, and it was beyond frustrating.

On top of that, the customer service was incredibly rude. The worker acted like he was completely uninterested in helping me. Instead of trying to sort out the confusion or get someone else to assist, he just kept nodding and saying “yes” to everything, without actually listening to my concerns. It felt like he just wanted me to go away, and there was zero effort to provide any kind of decent service.

As if that wasn’t enough, the food was poorly presented when I finally received it. It looked like it had been thrown together without any care or attention. The meal was cold, messy, and frankly, not at all appetizing. After the terrible service, I wasn’t even surprised by the poor quality of the food.

Overall, the entire experience at CFC Chicken was a disaster from start to finish. The customer service was not only unhelpful but downright rude, and the lack of basic communication skills made it impossible to even get what I wanted. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not be going back. Save your time and money, and eat...

customer services does NOT exist here!. Went today and a family of 3 were making orders. One lady asked for her box with the ketchup to be in a separate bag. The tall guy put all 3 boxes in 1 bag so the lady said no, 1 with ketchup in a different bag. She said it 3 times and the man got really rude talking about how many bags hes giving away, 1 bag per customer and the took all 3 boxes and placed them in 3 separate bags. All 11 of us heard her make herself clear but it seems his English is bad. Anyway, I made my order only to realise by the time I got back, he put ketchup when I asked for burger sauce. So went back and again he became rude saying I asked for BBQ sauce. Didn't even know they did anything apart from ketchup and burger sauce. This man started shouting and carrying on. TERRIBLE...

I stopped by CFC in Peckham for the first time during lunchtime as I was really hungry. The staff behind the counter was very welcoming and polite, which I appreciated.

I ordered a chicken burger meal with chips and also added 4 hot wings (£2). I found it a bit odd that the meal didn’t include a drink something that’s usually standard elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the food itself didn’t meet expectations. The chicken burger had a strange taste and wasn’t very enjoyable. The hot wings were just okay, but I did notice some visible hairs on them, which was quite off-putting. On a more positive note, the chips were actually good and nicely cooked.
