Katies Kitchen Peckham — Restaurant in London

DO NOT GET FOOD HERE. I've given this place several chances to get it right, and every time it has failed.

1)the food is terrible. The chips are always undercooked and the pizzas are disgusting. The chicken tastes like pure salmonella. All of it sits in the cabinet for hours before they sell it. Nothing is fresh.

2)the shop is dirty. You walk into this place and know straight away that it would NEVER pass a hygiene inspection. I would never want to sit down in there, it just seems so dirty. The chairs are grey and broken as well.

3)the service is AWFUL. The staff are rude and unhelpful, they will argue with you if they mess up your order, and don't even think for one minute that they'll give you a refund! Don't bother ordering online, it won't be ready when you get there. Staff are just rude generally.

Just don't go here, pass on it. Spend your money somewhere else, throw your money down a drain. It still would be a better option than eating...

I order from Katie s Kitchen Peckham most times but today i now have to consider ordering elsewhere. After my food was delivered i was absolutely appalled to what i found, the chicken wings " If you can call them that" were dry, small,tasteless and not to mentioned clearly re fried. the further items such as the chips and burgers were also not to a edible standard. i called the man who took my order to ask for a refund or at least a change but he was extremely rude and told me that he will not refund me nor would resend the food but that " if i do not like the food i shouldn't order from there . he also got extremely aggressive with me and called me a D1ckHead witch i surprised to hear from one of their employers. I will not be ordering from here again the service and standard of food has gone completely down hill and advised anyone looking for a good meal to...

This has got to be the worst pizza we’ve had in our life. First time ordering from katies(Peckham) and I honestly can say I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. The pizza was so badly presented and made ….the pizza was literally coming apart there was no bbq base, even though the workers said they put bbq base on it, it was just horrible. They didn’t have no resolution to make up for there terrible pizza. In fact they laughed and apologised like it was a joke.The pizza was literally so bad not to mention there was a hair on the pizza. no words can describe how terrible the food was.I strongly do not advise anyone to order from here food isn’t fresh, doesn’t look good and to round it up IT IS SIMPLY TRASHHH never ordering from here again.
