Today, I had the pleasure of dining at Chai Bisket, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the incredible service and food that made this afternoon memorable.I was fortunate to have Abhi as my server, who was attentive, courteous, and made sure that every aspect of my visit was perfect. His genuine friendliness and prompt service added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. The food, prepared by the talented Chef Venky was nothing short of spectacular. I started with the Karakoram Chai, which was a delightful blend of spices and warmth. The rich, aromatic flavours were perfectly balanced, making it one of the best chais I’ve ever had. It was like a warm hug in a cup, transporting me to the serene landscapes of the Karakoram mountains. The Dahi Yogurt Chaat was another highlight. Chef Vekai has truly mastered the art of creating a dish that is both vibrant and flavourful. The yogurt was creamy and fresh, while the chaat was a perfect mix of textures and spices. Each bite was an explosion of tangy, sweet, and savoury notes that danced on my palate. It’s clear that Chef Venky pours passion into every dish.Overall, my experience at Chai Bisket was nothing short of outstanding. The combination of Abhi’s excellent service and Chef Venky culinary expertise made for a delightful afternoon. I highly recommend Chai Bisket to anyone looking for a unique and flavourful dining experience. I will certainly be returning soon to explore more...
Read moreBased on the reviews, I decided to visit this place with my husband and our twins, hoping to enjoy a nice breakfast. Upon entering and sitting down, we noticed the staff seemed unwelcoming and appeared to have an issue with us bringing our twins, who were not noisy. When I inquired about the spiciness of the Indian breakfast, an older staff member curtly responded, "I don't know, ask him," and seemed irritated by my question. Despite this, we ordered our food. While we were eating, a large group of customers arrived, and the same staff member attempted to move our double pram, which had our 6-month-old baby in it. Fortunately, the other customers intervened and said it was fine. Additionally, the staff seemed annoyed when I requested a jug of cold water with ice to cool down the milk. My husband also asked for ice in his orange juice, but they said they didn’t have any. As more people started coming in, the atmosphere became increasingly cold and hostile, making it difficult to enjoy our meal. A female staff member then asked us to leave quickly because more customers were arriving. We paid and left. The staff needs to be more...
Read moreVisited Chai Biskit in Ruislip with a friend and had such a lovely experience! There's plenty of paid parking right outside on the main road, which made things super convenient.
As soon as we walked in, the place felt warm and welcoming with a relaxed, cozy ambiance. We were able to choose our own seats and browse the menu at our own pace—perfect for catching up while deciding what to order. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, which we really appreciated.
We ordered the Chai Latte and Karan Chai—wow, both were absolutely packed with flavour and served piping hot, just the way we like it. They even kindly reheated my friend’s chai since we were too busy chatting to drink it right away!
For brunch, we shared the Papri Chaat—a refreshing, light snack with generous portions that hit the spot.
Overall, a fantastic experience with great service, delicious food, and a relaxed vibe. Will definitely be revisiting soon. Thank you,...
