Twice in two days 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️- I was there on Sunday for Dinner and the Monday for lunch. I love the food here totally impressed with the ambience / the cleanliness of the restaurant and facilities (I have been known to make assumptions of the cleanliness of a kitchen based on the cleanliness of the facilities - just a personal thing) but here the facilities are spotless as is the restaurant and considering the restaurant was full the Sunday night / I was thoroughly impressed. I am also so glad from when I came a few months ago it hasn’t changed - usually after a chain of good reviews I find that some restaurants portion sizes shrink or service deteriorated etc however this place appears to be consistent. Top marks for that alone. We love going here for Dosa - I have always ordered a takeout from here as well. I recommend Masala Dosa - Mysore Masala Dosa / Chilli Cheese Dosa (loaded with fresh chillis you have been warned) - My son loves the Chilli Chicken and Szechwan Noodles - Paneer was great as was the Veg Biryani. Let’s talk about the desserts well I can honestly recommend the Paan Kulfi and the Ras Malai absolutely delicious - the chai Kulfi not one I personally would order again would have preferred it to taste more like a chai latte would have been more palatable versus the traditional chai you make at home.

Service here is Grade A Food is Exquisite, I do not say that lightly. Listen, Middlesex and Hillingdon, Southall, Berkshire and beyond are inundated with Indian restaurants. Most of them fall short of flavour and quality of produce. Sarasas, have it locked in. There are not enough descriptives to give justice to the Quality of both meat & vegetarian options. Hands down, the Channa Bahtura is 10 out of 10. The tandoori meats, from the chicken tikka, to the kebabs to the chops, oh dear lord the chops are insane. And now for my particular favourite "Manchurian Vegetable dumplings" these are done Correctly. Many places try, but they do not get this dish correct. Trust this review and give this a go. Janam seems to be Head waiter, this guy and his team are so on point. Also for an Indian restaurant the decor here is very pleasing. Again, of all the options one could choose from I travel 45mins to come get the quality food from here. Low key do not want to share this review because I want it to myself. Give this a go if you're a nerdy underscore food critic like myself. Dare you to prove this review wrong, it can't be done. Thank you Sarasas for the quality.

Excellent experience . Authentic South Indian food . The highlight was the veg noodles. Will never forget the taste. We ordered a few kinds of dosas ( ghee roast, rava masala ), tomato onion uttapam, and finished it with authentic masala chai. The food arrived fast and the portions were ample/ The service ( Herman and Khushi ) was splendid and we were greeted with warm smiles all along. We are planning to return again in the evening for dinner :) Forgot to take pics of the food while it arrived - as we are Indori’s and food is our religion :) Please look at our contended smiles and an empty table instead. Additionally, the bar looks very inviting - but it’s still early afternoon to give it a try :)

Wouldn't even eat here if it’s a free meal.Loud dance music ruins the family atmosphere and won’t drown away the customer’s disappointment. Zero stars Waste of money and ruined our New Year’s Eve dinner. Manager’s poor response to customer complaining about food not prepared according to order - “I gave yoghurt!” Appalling customer service from manager and staff. They clearly don’t care about the customers experience or wellbeing . Wasted £80+ meal and ruined New Year’s Eve dinner ! Plenty of better options for Indian and Sri Lankan cuisine.

My mother and two sons and I had the unfortunate experience of dining in this restaurant around 6:30-7pm last night. We highlighted to keep the food mild. Pointed out to the waiter (who is the restaurant manager) who took our order 1. butter chicken was for my youngest son and as it has no chillies symbol 🌶️ on the menu It should not be spicy. 2. Requested to make my seafood string hoppers kottu as mild as possible. When the food arrived the butter chicken was so heavily laden with chilli my son drowned his plate of rice and chicken with yoghurt. He struggled to recover from the few bites of butter chicken he ate with rice and had to rush to the bathroom feeling sick. He is now suffering from severe heartburn as a result of last night’s meal. Came home on an empty stomach only to have some milk and cereal on New Year’s Eve. I struggled to eat some of my seafood hopper which had atleast 5 fiery dried red chillies. My older son could barely eat 1 bite of the mutton kottu roti and left all of it. When I told the manager we were unhappy with the meal because it was too spicy despite our request to keep it mild he replied -“but I gave yoghurt”! I told the manager it seems we paid £18 for some plain yoghurt and steamed rice rather than butter chicken my son could actually eat. I also showed him the number of whole dried chillies in my seafood hopper which were added despite my request to keep it mild as possible. Manager just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. They didn’t offer any goodwill gesture - charged us the full amount including the desserts we ordered to try to console my sons for terrible main course. As we were getting ready to leave a waiter hurriedly walks into my elderly mother who was preparing to wear her coat. No apologies that you may have caused her to lose her balance and injure herself Appalling customer service from manager and staff. They clearly don’t care about the customers experience or wellbeing . Wasted £80+ meal and ruined New Year’s Eve dinner and we are all suffering with heartburn and indigestion...

If you value your time, money, have a love for South Indian cuisine and are looking for brilliant service, then don’t come here. This ISN’T for you. If however you’re looking for just a basic, mediocre restaurant where service is a little slow and food is of an average standard, then this place still ISN’T for you. If you like looking at the decor and watch other people eat for under an hour and like to chase for service - then yaay !!! This place is for you!

People who walked in after us were served before we were. We waited under an hour for drinks alone- upon asking, the waiter told us there was a problem with the Wi-fi and there was a glitch with our order? The other waiter who bought our drinks over said he didn’t put the order through. Firstly, if you’re going to lie do it properly. Secondly, stick to the same lie maybe?

The atmosphere was dire, extremely noisy and really bought the ambiance down. Kids shouting and screaming and people talking over eachother- no sense of decorum at all.

We had children with us who were of course hungry, so we decided leave as it was getting late. The manager followed us and reassured us the food was coming and he would look after us and will sort the bill. After a great amount of convincing we ate what was a mediocre meal. We didn’t even get the Mysore dosa, but it was too late to send them back. Two waitresses decided to argue with us telling us we got Mysore, but yet no red chutney inside it! They were adamant a triangle dosa was delivered, yes it was triangle but no Mysore red chutney in there!! The masala dosa was bland and hardly any masala in there! The samosa dripping in oil. Funny how the food came out dish after dish in one hit. Of course we wanted to eat starters and mains all in one hit, because food doesn’t go cold does it!?

None of us enjoyed it, then to top it off we get hit with a bill of £56! The manager asked us if the bill was ok?!! I replied “ we won’t be coming here again”. He actually expected us to pay for that dross when he told us he would sort the bill!? Outstanding managerial skills- which school of training did you go to mate?! This place is an absolute shambles! The menu isn’t even upto date, what you see online isn’t what’s available in the restaurant. Abysmal service, not quite sure how I was oblivious to not read the the negative reviews on here- they’re all singing from the same hymn sheet! Kicking myself for coming here! Should have stuck to mumbai local and Saravana Bhavan… at least they know about service and...

Had a birthday booking today for 6 people today , I find it with a heavy heart to complain as I was very excited about visiting this restaurant after seeing the positive reviews...overall I was happy with the ambiance the food tasted well prepared however customer service fell short I'm afraid... some of our groups starters came whilst others had to wait then mains got brought out whilst mains were coming...the starters were a decent size however the mains were smaller however sufficient for me if I'm honest...chicken tikka was tasty but lacked sauce...when the bill came I was very shocked to see that the pilau rice had cost almost £8!😱 I've never experienced such expensive rice before ..my partner ask for a paratha but was brought naan bread and told it was paratha which it most certainly was not...(this was also confirmed after by a member of staff) the curries came out without the rice so got cold before the rice arrived .... we also had to wait a long time for cutlery which when did arrive was placed at the end of the table in a bunch ...I had to wait an extremely long time for a glass of water which was was the only thing I was drinking whilst my party were served very weak pinacala ...a service charge was put on at the end of the bill which unfortunately we did not want to pay as the service was not up to scratch ...maybe due to it being a busy Saturday night ...but still every night should honour the same experience.. I wouldnt not recommended but would say maybe dont go on a busy Saturday night...I was also disappointed that the manager was not concerned as to why we thought that the service didnt warrant being paid for.🤔 .....unfortunately didnt have pictures to post as food came out far...
