I ordered kimbap and I was told it will be ready in 10-15 mins. I had a coffee nearby and went back after 10 mins but I couldn't see anyone as all staff were in the kitchen. I waited for 15 mins there as I didn't like chasing people but then no one cared about me waiting so when someone came out to take something from the fridge, I asked how long I need to wait more. He said it will be ready soon but I had to wait for 5 more mins. It took half an hour for kimbap in the end so I mentioned it when staff gave me a bag of kimbap but instead of apology he told me they have a lot of orders. Do I need to understand when I was not informed about it when I ordered?? I was told it will take about 10-15 mins which ended up 30 mins! If I had known I would have to wait 30 mins, I wouldn't...

The kimbap is definitely one of the best ones I've tried in London so far, I can definitely see why there's a lot of good reviews for this place and why they specialise in making kimbaps. I don't normally leave food reviews for restaurants, but I just have to do it for this since the food was good and the lady was really friendly
