If you like charcoaled flies then this is the place for you! Whilst visiting a friend, she kindly ordered 4 of us kebabs to share but half way through mine I found a burnt crispy fly on my plate! When calling to explain they offered to send another which I declined as you can imagine I didn’t fancy another insect kebab! I requested a full refund as it put all 4 of us off, inspecting our food. To which they said they couldn’t do as the boss wasn’t there, it wasn’t until I kicked up a fuss that they served me a dead insect in my food that they agreed to a refund. Delivery driver turned up to collect the food (no refund in sight) and requested me to pay a further £7 in order for me to receive my refund. Completely confused I decide to take the dead crispy fly on the the plate, still with food and a carrier bag of the rest of the food to the shop myself and it didn’t stop there.. it then took 4 members of staff huddled around the crispy fly in question to confirm it was a dead crispy fly but... “it’s not one of ours” “how can fly get here” said a member of staff, to which I replied you’ve got the bloody door open!? After several minutes of buzzing back and forth (excuse the pun) and awkward silences they offered me £20 which wasnt the full amount, as we paid £32 in total. Where do I begin! 1 star is generous. Firstly the delivery driver tries to con us out of part of the order... then when I said I'll be ringing the shop to see why it's not been sent it mysteriously appeared!!!! A miracle! Placed with another order apparently. The Kebab... well I tend to use that term loosely given that each element was separate from the rest. The pitta bread was half cooked, not even sliced and tough. Kebab meat looked like road kill and the salad was in its own container looking rather sorry for itself. A DIY Kebab....

Really disappointed with our meal. Our food arrived over half an hour later then expected time, all food was cold, the donner kebab was completely burnt, we don't even know what that is on the kebab either {check out the pictures} the lettuce was mouldy also shown in the pictures and whats happened to this burnt box the food arrived in. We have eaten from this kebab shop for many years but will not be eating from there again. What a...
