Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience: Cold Food, Missing Items, and Terrible Customer Service
I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Cheatmeals Rynners Lane and I feel compelled to share my feedback. My order to the restaurant was marred by numerous issues that left a sour taste in my mouth. Here are the reasons why I would strongly discourage anyone from ordering from this establishment:
Late and Cold Food: The food I ordered was delivered significantly later than the promised time, and to make matters worse, it arrived cold. This lack of attention to timely delivery and food quality is simply unacceptable.
Missing Fries with Burgers: To my astonishment, the burgers I received were accompanied by no fries. When I contacted the [Rynners Lane] branch, I was informed that they had stopped delivering fries for the past 10 months, unless the order was for pickup. This policy is utterly ridiculous and nonsensical, as it unfairly differentiates between orders based on the method of collection. I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years and have never encountered such an issue before, with my last order being just six weeks ago.
Lack of Clarification: The restaurant failed to provide any clarification regarding this fries delivery policy through their application or any other communication channels. It is highly frustrating to be caught off guard by such a significant change without any prior notice or explanation.
Unprofessional Response: When I reached out to the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, the person I spoke to claimed that they were not the owner. This kind of response is incredibly unprofessional and reflects a lack of accountability within the establishment.
Terrible Customer Service: Throughout the entire interaction, I was met with a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. The staff showed no empathy or willingness to rectify the situation, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer.
Illogical Solution: When I raised the issue of missing fries, the representative on the phone suggested that if I had placed the order with a different branch, I would have received fries. This response is simply absurd and demonstrates a lack of coherence within the restaurant's operations.
Disappointed Kids: We had ordered six burgers, and the children were eagerly looking forward to enjoying the accompanying chips. It was disheartening to witness their disappointment when the person on the phone refused to cooperate or make amends.
Considering the cumulative effect of these grievances, I have decided that this will be the last time I contact this restaurant or request food from any of their branches. I sincerely hope that management takes note of these issues and works to improve the quality of their food, service, and overall customer experience.

In terms of the actual burger, compared to the top-end halal gourmet burger places? I'd give it a solid 4star. (But bear in mind that at top end places the burgers cost more, and tbh, the other place(s) I'd overall drop that 5th star down because of inconsistency and/or venue issues.)
My personal favourite combo the 'British 8oz Bagel', although I also rate the 12oz cheeseburger; with its saucing combo it's the closest thing to a maccy do's I've tasted this side of Rabat or Riyadh.
As for the hotdogs here, very good indeed. Seems to me (unconfirmed) a change in supplier, because it's much better than before, used to be a bit meh. Really nice with mustard and fried onions. My 8yo loves it with ketchup and gherkins.
This review is not based on a single visit. I've taken away food for 3 on many occasions, at least 15 times. Order 20min in advance, pick up on the way home. Well packaged, retains heat reasonably...

Tried to call for an order to collect phone didn't go through, so i made an order on Just-Eat which was accepted. Estimated time to complete was 20-30 min which is fine. However, made the order at 8:00pm wasn't ready until 8:50pm. When i got there and asked the staff they just laughed and shrugged it off and said it will be ready in 5 mins, when it took another 20 mins to complete.
Just to add to that, i then decided to order an additional drink, agent took my payment, rather than him going to grab the drink which was a 5 second job and let me on my way, he decided to do other task and forgot all about my drink. When confronting him and asking 'wheres the drink' i got a response saying 'yeh hold on'.
Extremely disrespectful staff, behave like a bunch of roadman in there and do not know how to deliver good efficient...
