Very surprised to read the positive reviews... perhaps the delivery experience is different?

Very overpriced. For the most part, the ingredients and bread seemed to be good quality which, if filled properly, would easily compete with luxury supermarket sandwiches but everything was so under filled, we just felt ripped off.

Sandwiches not filled to the edges, some parts were just dry bread; the meat was at the front and in the middle of the sandwiches, part slices of ham or bacon, but nothing throughout the rest of the sandwich. Salad items sliced thinner than finely sliced ham so added minimal, if any flavour.

We ordered toasties but I'm guessing thinner bread was used as each sandwich was thinner than a single slice of bread (again, minimal filling); presumably cooked on a panini press?

The ploughman's sandwich was more cheese and pickle given the single, thin slice of cucumber and part of a lettuce leaf!!

The biggest no, no for us was either chive or onion in the 3 cheese and tomato roll without it being mentioned in the item name or description as it was ordered by someone who hates onion. It made them throw up and we had to throw the roll away. The minimal amount of cheese was mixed in mayo... there was more mayo than cheese!!

It's a shame, as there's definitely the potential to be outstanding and the breadth of the menu is great, but very poor value with the current volume of fillings.... at least up the...
