Chilliz — Restaurant in London

This place is my all in one place to go to, especially when each family member want something different. They do donner, chicken, pizzas, burgers, basically the lot. The food quality is good, service is excellent whether I'm picking up or I ordered online through their website and have it delivered. I've done very large orders with them and they have never got them wrong.

Now about the food, Doner my favourite and is the spicy doner done on the grill, I usually go for medium spicy and that's spicy enough for me. Taste very nice and is different from the rest. I've tried their 7" pizzas only but they are very nice. Burgers again very good, same with their fried chicken wings, spot on and fresh.

I had ordered food at 9:47 PM and requested for delivery from the website directly. The order was confirmed but had not been delivered i had waited up to 11pm which is their closing time and there was still no delivery. I tried calling the restaurant 53 times and had no answer. The phone kept going to their fax machine which beeped and i was not able to speak to any staff to edit an important detail. I still had not received my order and i am very unhappy with this service. I hope that the restaurant has not ignored my order as i did not pay online. If they have this is very rude and inconsiderate. They charged me £2, for something worth £1. food wasnt packaged well. half the stuff kept ripping the box.

Update 2025: I ordered chilliz, one hour ago by phone call. I turned up and they havent started making my pizza yet. They tell me 2 minutes, then another 2 minutes, then another 1 minute. I walk out of door to get money from the car, then they said 2 minutes again. The second time I walk out the door to get my phone from car, go back in and they say 2 minutes yet again and ask me was it a phone order, I said yes. Another guy comes from the back and says, was it a Margherita pizza. I said no, it's been an hour since I called up and you haven't started, just leave it. Then I walked...
