The worst of the spice huts around here. This is the worse of all the Spice Huts and should be avoided. All the others are so much better

They regularly forget things from your order. This is so frequent (almost every order we have placed with them) that you will have to check your order before you leave everytime as they take the full money but forget to give you all that you ordered. They also will not make up for when they forget your stuff from your order too.

They have attempted to overcharge me on several occasions too but I worked out the price and highlighted that they had it wrong. They then calculated it several times and realised they were wrong. Don't expect an apology but do expect to be overcharged so be prepared to know how much you should pay as they do not!

Forget phone orders as they dont start making anything until you arrive. They are notoriously slow when compared to every other spice hut too! If you can go elsewhere

Ask them if they can actually make your orders as I’ve had occasions where they have taken my order, taken payment, come back 30 mins later and having to wait a further 15 mins to be told they don’t have what we ordered or they have a reduced amount so could I order something else or make do. Complete time wasters!

Check your order before you leave as they forget stuff that you’ve paid for. No apology and will not replace anything they have forgotten as soon as you have step foot outside.

The worst spice hut by far and with disgusting hygiene! They got closed down before because of hygiene and after managed the lowest...

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I ordered meal 11 which they have stated on there menu comes with 1 Sheek kebab 4 chicken tikka Nan fries and drink, as well as an extra drink. I ordered this exact meal once before and they gave everything stated. This time round they didn't give the fries or the drink. I called the up immediately after receiving the food, that i was missing the drink and fries with my order. The person I was speaking to began arguing with me, that it doesn't come with drink and fries. I told him this is what you have on your menu online on Uber eats when I ordered. He goes onto saying " This can't be, this meal is normally more than what you paid for". Why do you have it in your menu online meal 11 for £5 with fries and drink, the don't include that. That's the whole reason I ordered and was expecting to get what was clearly stated, but instead I have a belligerent argumentative abhorrent staff member at Spice hut Green lane. I have ordered from this place on and off for many years, this is tye last rime I will order from this place. Disgusting behaviour from the staff member. FIX YOUR MENU ONLINE ON UBER EATS, DON'T MISGUIDE CUSTOMERS!!!!! Also they have Lamb Doner/ mix Doner Nan Fries and drink for £8.70 with 2 options Regular and large, for regular they have Plus £8 more on top of the £8.70 that is double the price for regular, and for large they have Plus £1.10. You have to select one otherwise you can't place the order....

Absolutely Awful Food & Unacceptable Hygiene! I had a takeaway from Spice Hut on Green Lane recently, and it was a truly disgusting and deeply concerning experience from start to finish. The food itself was very bad quality, and the consequences were severe. The very next day, I suffered from a severe upset stomach, spending a prolonged period unable to leave the toilet. I felt absolutely awful and physically sick from the food served. Beyond the food quality, the lack of hygiene was shocking. While waiting, I witnessed staff members openly arguing about cigarettes and who would go for a smoke first. This immediate disregard for cleanliness and professional conduct, especially in a food establishment, is completely unacceptable. It makes me question the general hygiene practices within the kitchen. Given this appalling experience, including feeling so unwell and observing such poor hygiene standards, I will be reporting this establishment to the local authorities...
