Unfortunately service lets down, food is good and priced decently, but unfortunately service far from good as specialty today. We placed an order and I specifically asked if we will receive free prawn crackers or shell I ordered them separately, but I was reassured and told that because it's more then £20 you'll automatically receive them for free plus I asked to add 2 pairs of chopsticks as well. When we received an order we was missing prawn crackers and one pair of chopsticks, when I called I was told that because I ordered from 2 menus ( it has to be £20 from green menu to receive free prawn crackers) and unfortunately because my order was more then that but it was a combination of two menus I wasn't entitled for a free crackers so then I asked why I wasn't told that in beginning when I placed an order, but the only answer I got it was two different menus and very insincere "sorry" . So he couldn't answer why I wasn't told that before a specially when I asked about it if I should add separately (every time I usually order separately but then I end up with two portions and one goes to waist I tried to avoid this, but unfortunately on this occasion I ended up with none so my daughter wasn't very happy) and I never was told why I received just one pair of chopsticks I guess they tried to save or something and funny enough it was the same person who took my order.Customer service disappointing customer never wright I wouldn't get that frustrated if they would admit that they done wrong, but instead he decided to tell me about green or yellow menus. Because I make payment for one order and I don't know how many menus you use, I guess then they should ask to pay in two separate transactions as well , but I somehow I wasn't asked to do so (example £18 for green menu and £10 for yellow) I was asked to pay total for one order I placed not for menus so rules should be the same ( even if you order from 10 menus it's same company, same place ,same kitchen) and all staff should know rules, offers and all the rest before they take an order and admit to their mistakes if they done some and don't try to...
Read moreI'm disgusted that after 20 years eating here and taking away their food yesterday we ordered £53 worth of food for collection... my partner collected only to be told it was an extra £15. She explained she didn't have it and as they don't take cards they allowed her to leave with the food. The order was missing several ribs etc and we assumed they took it out due to the 'lack of funds'...
2 hours later they were KNOCKING ON OUR DOOR demanding the £15.
We explained there was food missing and sent them away...
They then CALLED THE NUMBER WE ORDERED FROM offering a REDUCED SETTLEMENT 😂😂😂...
If I make a mistake at work I take it on the chin and bare the costs... a lesson learnt, clearly not the way with China noodle. Needless to say I expect an apology!!!

We have been going here for years and 9/10 times the food is great. Tonight however has been the 2nd time that we have found hair in our food. I did ring up and complain and the lady did say she would replace it if I bring it down to them. I don't live 5mins away anymore and I normally collect on my way home. I asked her to deliver my replacement food but because I didn't live within 3 miles she said they can't. After back and forth for almost 10mins she did give in, only to find that the driver did in fact say to her he didn't mind as it was on his way home. I gather if this wasn't the drivers route home I wouldn't of got it unless I took it back myself!
