IRO Sushi(Eltham) — Restaurant in London

boy, oh boy do I have a lot to say about YOU, Iro Sushi Eltham..... First of all, I wasn't planning on writing in such a negative tone as I'm already fighting enough of my own battles, but this one's worth it, I suppose. I have been a happy customer from iro Sushi for MONTHS, but today my happiness came to an abrupt end when I opened my bags of "sushi". The sushi looked as is it had been tumbled around in the laundrette! Should salmon have red bits? Maybe it was bleeding from the battering it clearly endured on its journey to my abode. I've never seen a tuna maki roll... completely unrolled....

Two stars for creativity, but unfortunately this isn't an art contest :(

If I had to choose between plucking out each of my teeth, or ordering this sushi again, I would be eating soft food for weeks... but that's because i'm 86! I would probably order this again. Haha...

I have ordered many times from them through just eat, food is ok for a local sushi place but nothing crazy, but can't ask more for the price.

We have had a few issues with the orders, last time a platter was missing, how the driver could miss such a big box, remains a mystery. I contacted the shop and they blamed it on the driver, however is the second time we have the same problem, previous time also with a platter, if it was a smaller dish, we could do without it, but the platter being the main dish...

The restaurant said we could ask for a refund on just eat, after all that platter is nearly £40, but then what's the point of ordering food from them, if it's not going to be delivered, in any case, we will stop...

We had recently visited this hidden gem in the town of New eltham.

This place is located a bit hidden however it wont disappoint.

We had ordered katsu sushi curry, spring rolls soft drinks and well done sushi.

Although its not a restaurant its just a takeaway place. However, they have provided some seatings outside.

Pros. Very private place. The staff was very polite. The food order was quick. Disabled access friendly.

Cons. Its a bit inside of the main highway so might be difficult to find. Parking is not available so park to the nearest car park.
