Came on Father’s Day as a family of 5 with young children. It was an exceptional experience from booking, entering the restaurant, ordering, the food, being served, right through to leaving. I couldn’t fault it and even my picky eater of a 6 year old loved the kids chicken korma, so that’s saying something. The food was excellent. I had a feast with the king prawn mains - a proper jumbo prawn! Our dessert’s were also great; I’m typically sceptical of desserts when going for an Indian but can honestly say it did not disappoint. The brownie was brilliant as was the ice cream sundaes. The staff were also very attentive, including the owner who came to talk to us and made the kids feel welcomed. I’ll definitely be coming again and recommending to others. Cinnamon culture is officially a gem on the Chislehurst high street

I first ate here a few years ago when it first opened and was pleased with the interesting take on Indian food using different meats (buffalo and ostrich) as well as the more common chicken and lamb, and I'm pleased to say it remains an excellent place to eat. The food is very well cooked, nicely spiced, good portion size, service is good, the staff are helpful and around enough that you're not waiting, without them being intrusive. The only downside is that it's very quiet, maybe it's because we ate later, but there were only a few other tables there on a Friday night. I don't think I've ever seen it particularly busy, and as it's such a big room, more people would definitely help with the atmosphere. Having said that, it didn't detract from a lovely meal and evening. Definitely recommend.

What an amazing experience this was. To start we was welcomed by the waiters with a lovely smile and taken to our table and straight away offered drinks. The menu doesn’t have loads of choice but let me tell you what we did have was taking curry to another level it was incredible We started of with Ackari lamb chops and Iv never tasted lamb like it in my life. The mains was also incredible I had the sesame duck and it was amazing my partner had Chicken Chettinad amazing as well all the nan breads was the best Iv had the onion barji was the same. The flavours in the food was nothing Iv ever experienced The only thing would have been nice if they had nice table clothes on the table it would for me make the experience feel a bit more classy what a shame I will 100% be going back

Still the best Indian restaurant this side of the river....if not the whole of the UK. I don't understand some of the reviews regarding spice level being too high, if you want bland Indian food you're best suited to the run of the mill take aways and restaurants found easily in most towns. The spice level here is one which will give the diner a true representation of the pleasure Indian food can deliver when cooked right!! Cinnamon culture uses the best quality meats from the finest suppliers in London, I know as I've seen the delivery vans from my favourite butcher outside many a time! Over 90% of Indian restaurants use Mutton instead of the far more expensive Spring Lamb alternative, especially when minced as people can't tell and many don't know the difference. The portion size and price can only be compared when matching like for like, yes in these harder times people are more selective about where they spend their hard earned money......for me I'd much rather visit this establishment twice a month than go to my grubby local every weekend!! I've dined here 100s of times and had just as many takeaways, the staff are always friendly. Most places I dine at have had big staff turnovers since the pandemic, Cinnamon seems to have a core team who are quite new and young but each week I see improvements and have had no need to complain about anything. I would strongly strongly recommend this restaurant but go with an open mind and not with the intention of expecting a hearty meal for the same price as somewhere like Raj Moni, or Mitee which are at least 9...

“Abhorent dining experience, audaciously overpriced and very bad level of arrogant service” Upon dining here a couple of weeks ago we were met with very pushy waiters who comtinuously returned to our table even though we’re not ready to order. The restaurant was cold and unwelcoming and the the entire experience was, well let’s just say nothing special. Prices are over inflated and the menu has been redressed as something fancy but the food doesn’t live up to it. The only edible part of the entire meal were the starters which we are also very average but the remainder was disgusting. As we continued our evening, we were hurried on and on and before we could even finish our drinks or food - a waiter who barely spoke any level of decent English handed us our bill and told us they were closing, and we weren’t anywhere near the advertised closing time stated on here or their website. Let me be honest, if you want a proper Indian meal or decent sized and proper quality Indian food, go somewhere else. This venue failed massively when it was previously situated In Sundridge Park and it’s clear their owners are aiming to target the wealthy locals and beyond seeking to profit from very bad quality food coupled with ridiculously bad service. Stay away!! We will not return and I hope any of you reading this will take the advice not to...

My partner and I arrived and was greeted with a smile which is always a great start when visiting somewhere new.

We was seated and given menus and poppadoms with various chutneys which were very yummy while we decided on what to eat,

The lady that served us was very knowledgeable about the menu and the food which is always good, I have to say the fish and the meat dishes we ordered were cooked to perfection, my partner enjoyed her squid and seabass immensely too... my only two discrepancies were my mojito I ordered (which is a drink I order in every restaurant I go to as everyone makes if differently ) was severely lacking rum and was just ice, mint, water and a lot of lime juice.. not good but refreshing o guess.. and my partner ordered a salad which was totally forgotten but when I reminded a staff member about it ... he then disappeared into the kitchen and very loud angry voices and shouting could be heard thru out the restaurant ... which was also commented on my fellow customers too which is not a good thing But the salad was brought promptly and all was well.

All in all we had a nice time on our first visit as the restaurant is nicely decorated and spacious with a lovely outside area if you wish to dine outside too... and for a Indian restaurant this is rare and unique.

Thank you for having...
