Citi Kitchen — Restaurant in London

Went to this restaurant for a meal with the family, food was good but the lack of customer care and attention let the place down, I asked for tap water and they refused to serve, so I bought my own bottle and was told they would charge me £4 for bring my own bottle of water, my son is diabetic and needs water when he eats, how in this day and age can you refuse to serve the 1 common thing in life, water, we were advised that we can bring in any alcohol to drink even though they don't have a license to serve it but any fizzy drinks or water had to be purchased, how can a restaurant that does not have an alcohol license be permitting customer to bring alcohol into the premises but will not serve simple tap water, why is there not a law against this kind of behaviour. I think the police should sit outside this busy establishment on a Friday and Saturday night as I see many people drinking alcohol by the bottles, bet half the customers would be drink driving after coming here as well as dehydrated due to the lack of serving water. I hope this restaurant learns from it's mistakes as this place is suppose to be a family friendly restaurant without a alcohol license but yet on these 2 days every table has a bottle of whisky on it,...

If you are looking for a wedding caterer DO NOT go for Citi Kitchen. They are very unprofessional!

*We chased for quotes. We were constantly given one word answers but eventually was given a quote in an unprofessional format (within a body of an email and via phone).

*We chased for a food tasting and they were not even prepared for us on the day. We paid £52 for the food tasting and reassured that it would be taken off the final wedding catering bill. We have not got that money back.

*On Monday 18th October 2021 we arranged a meeting to discuss the finer details and the manager failed to turn up. His excuse was that he assumed it was on Monday 18th October 2021 and he got me confused with another Kajal.

The above shows the lack of customer service and professionalism of Citi Kitchen. If they cannot be present at these small meetings then what will the service be like on the day of the actual event?
