I did not like their products and returned four of them back after a lengthy call and responding to dozens of queries and liaise with the return team where i provided the photos from 4 different sides as per their request. After few days i was informed that the coffee machines are being inspected and they took a lot of my time in waiting, but then i was refunded two of the returned items refund after deducting a surprised £10 inspection fees and now it has been over 2 weeks where i am sending emails after emails but no response what so ever to refund the remaining refunds . . . it is extremely difficult to get them on the phone and it has been very unsatisfactory level of experience i have...

This coffee shop is an absolute gem! The lattes are incredible—smooth, rich, and crafted with real care. Each one is perfectly balanced, and you can tell the baristas know their coffee inside out.

The cakes are just as impressive. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made—they strike the perfect balance between indulgent and comforting. It’s the kind of place where you can’t resist ordering a slice with your drink.

Got recommended this shop by a friend, but honestly think you’d get better coffee from a Burger King.

Found the pan au chocolate to be quite dry too.

The middle aged guy that served me seemed to have a bit of an attitude; I felt like an inconvenience being there. I don’t think he has much patience for autistic customers like myself.
