Been here couple of times in the past decade, but today had the most unpleasant experience as customer. The salesperson named BRANDON was as rude as one can be.

He initially gave the wrong calculation of the 4 items that I was buying for my daughters, and only corrected the receipt when I told him one of the items was supposed to get discount. Had I not reminded him, I would have paid extra!

After that, he refused to give the tags of two of the jackets, under prejudice that I would then return the items. Manager of this store should give BRANDON a consumer protection 101 class, and train good manners for better customer service. More, Brandon should once in a while try to learn more about logics. How come a buyer cannot request for tags????!!!

I’ve been to this store before, but this Brandon changed my view of the store completely. The manager must really give him some reviews too. The other guy (didn’t get his name, a person of colour with coloured hair next to him) was also rude, but nothing compared to Brandon. On the way out, there was this South Asian staff who apologized to me about Brandon’s behaviour, this is the type of person that should work and build good cistomer service experience,...

It is the place to get gear up. It has everything needed for a trek, for a trip, for the day to day. They have good prices and good quality. Worth to have a look. They have usually an area of stock at discounted prices for men and for women. The students get discount even i. Discounted items. There something in the shop for everyperson of any age and size. The stuff usually are very easy going. And the place is a bit like a hands on so you have to look for the stuff ask the staff and look around as they do a prety good displays and change the stock from one place to another as they recei e new stock. Over all is my go to place for clothing when i need for everyday or trekking....

Some prices in store don't quite marry with the website, however staff are happy to adjust at the till to match when prompted. The store has only one changing room, so you can feel rushed when trying things on. I would say for the ladies best to go with a friend so they can man the curtain. Whilst the range in store is vast, not all sizes and colours are stocked, but the staff are happy to order what you need. The prices as always are fantastic. The manager is very helpful but the other members of staff seemed to lack team morale and...
