Dear Costa Coffee Management – Hounslow High Street Branch,

I would like to bring to your attention an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your Hounslow High Street branch, which I feel needs to be addressed.

Today, around 11:45 AM, my friend and I visited your café to enjoy some coffee. During our visit, an incident took place that was quite disturbing. A man entered the restroom, and upon his exit, the manager approached him and addressed him in a manner that seemed unprofessional and unacceptable. This interaction quickly escalated into a verbal altercation, during which we overheard extremely offensive language and insults, despite the presence of women and children in the vicinity. The situation almost turned physical, but thankfully, it ended without further escalation.

Additionally, we noticed that the restroom was closed, with a sign indicating it was out of service. This was particularly concerning since another restroom was also closed, leaving customers without access. As loyal customers, we have never experienced such issues in the past. Moreover, we observed staff members speaking in a language other than English at a high volume, which could be perceived as unprofessional.

So I was set to meet my friend for a catch up. It had been a while since we met. We both decided that we would meet at Costa Coffee. This was my first visit to Costa Coffee. The place itself is quite open and very clean. You can also sit outside, which also allows you to smoke. There was an array of large seating areas, for families and small ones too, for two people, as was the case for my friend and I. On arrival, I noticed how busy the place was, which showed to me that it must have been a busy venue. Staff were very busy serving the line of customers and cleaning the tables, so that customers could sit and enjoy the warm hospitality. I ordered a latte for myself and a cappuccino for my friend. I also ordered a cheese and ham toastie. Which with the latte I ordered was utterly delicious. And whilst my friend and I sat there, enjoying our hot drinks, I noticed people coming in and out, which shows just how popular Costa Coffee is. Staff were very busy, but polite and courteous and upheld a professional manner at all times. I recently visited this coffee shop the neighborhood and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and kind, greeting me with a smile and making me feel at ease. I was impressed by their excellent customer service, which was evident throughout my entire visit.

The staff was also incredibly efficient and quick to serve, which was a great touch for someone like me who is always in a hurry. I appreciated that they were able to take my order promptly and had my coffee ready in no time at all. Despite the fast service, the staff was still friendly and accommodating, making sure that my coffee was made just the way I like it.

Speaking of the coffee, it was decent and satisfying, hitting the spot for my caffeine fix. It wasn't the best coffee I've ever had, but it certainly wasn't bad either. It was a great complement to the warm and welcoming environment of the shop.
