When they say Budget this hotel truly is budget... The beds are rock solid, the pillow probably cost a pound, the soap the cheapest you'd find. We are still not in the peak of winter and probably just started autumn but the hallway was blasting hot air and that led the room i stayed in to be extremely hot and unbearable. They have air-conditioning units in the room but seem to seem to be just for show or probably just dont have the budget to give this ammenity to the guest. So after figuring it out that air-condition units dont work or where made not to work I asked for a room that had it work. The younger lady who wore a blue top was not very happy to help me with another room so I thought id ask for a fan and was told that also may not be available because they've been put away. After telling her I had a health condition she said she would send a fan to my room after I return from dinner and that did not happen .After me being away for more than 2 hours, I came back to ask for it and expressed a lot of hostility from this young lady. To be honest she has not learnt how to be hospitable to her guest. The most important thing she could have said is I understand and I can try to help you. The kind of service that she gave me I experienced in hotels in underdeveloped countries but never in England. She also said you can leave the hotel but you will not get a refund at 23.30 at night. Now there was a kind hearted security guard who understood my condition and wanted to be help me. He probably has not been trained as a hospitality professional. He apologised and mentioned there are 70 fans at the premises but were put away because of winter. I ultimately got my fan at 11.30 pm. The security guard needs a raise for being kind and helpful. I paid 55 pounds for 8 hours of broken sleep at this hotel and tbh its the worst hotel I've stayed in England and probably the world too.Stay here at...

I travel up and down the country for my business and have never stayed in an ibis budget ( or any hotel) in that state! The room was filthy (as you can see from teh pictures) and the staff were rude.
The breakfast that we had paid £20 for was a dissapointing spread. Both my partner and I are vegan, and so could not eat anything that was on offer (its been a while since I have been anywhere that does not have a vegan or at least veggie option available! :s). When I asked if there was anything vegan friendly, or at least some milk so taht we could have a coffee, I was laughed at and told that what was out is all that there was... I asked for the breakfast to be refunded and was told that would not be possible, I asked to speak to the manager and was told that would also not be possible... After pressing to speak to teh manager for another couple of minuites, I was given her email address and proceeded to write this review. Absolutely appalled with the customer service of this reception lady and of the state of the hotel!!
UPDATE
I was offered a refund from the hotel, end even that couldn't go right, it was sendt over to booking.com to deal with who then told me they had not heard anything from the restaurant, I got back in touch with the restaurant as advised and told It would be sorted and usually takes 5 working days from when booking.com receive the invoice from them. 2 weeks passed, checked in with booking.com and they hadn't been sent the invoice from the hotel yet. There were quite a few back and forth since then but I really do give up. I now use trivago - it's alot cheaper then booking.com in most cases and I will NEVER be returning to the ibis budget despite having to travel to hounslow very often. Go travel lodge or Premier Inn... you can never go...

Forced by necessity to complete our overnight booking, this venue proudly lives up to its Budget claims. Regrettably, my daughter and I had to remain for the booking duration due to an early morning exam in the local area. We suspect the hotel is used as a homeless and/or immigrant overflow unit, which would be fine by us had signs of previous occupants been removed before the arrival of new occupants.
Should you not be able to rebook elsewhere (many superior local hotels cost little more than an Ibis prison infirmary cell it seems), then our experienced advice is as follows:
Take your own sleeping bags and pillows if, like us, you value cleanliness and personal hygiene. We curled up on a blanket that we mercifully had in our car, and woke up cold and cramped as a result. Wave farewell to any thoughts of acceptable washing facilities, and bring your own towels. Our initial room (prior to our attempts to leave before an ‘upgrade’ was offered) reeked of sewage. Said room had a tiny, dirty, stained and mouldy shower directly in it, and we suspect that the previous occupant had engaged in a spot of ‘waffle-stomping’. Delightful. Don’t neglect to pack anti-bacterial wipes and gels for personal use after unavoidable contact with any and all surfaces, plus portable lighting solutions to negate the inadequate hospital illumination provided by Ibis. If you can, bring a hazmat suit. Bring your own liquids and cups. Forget about hot drinks. The adjoining car park is not cheap, but IS in keeping with the appeal (!) of this venue at...
